Mysterious Student

"Guys! I have something to tell you! To all of you!" Lisa said in a serious tone, while taping the table for them to put their eyes back to Lisa. "We have a new student today.”

The students stopped causing noises and throwing paper to each other in the room when Lisa tapped the table again. “Please treat her nicely. Come here Jisoo and kindly introduce yourself."

I stopped reading the book when Jennie was nudging her arms to me and I took a look at the new student who was just mentioned by our class president. A raven-haired girl opened the door and made her way towards the center with her cold aura. Her eyes are very intimidating, I feel nervous. I could hear the students talking about her. Positive and negative comments. As I scanned the new girl, she looked emotionless and lonely. Should I talk to her to get to know her?  

"I'm Kim Jisoo." She said as her cold eyes met mine, I got goosebumps on her actions. 

"Since you're done introducing yourself, you may sit beside Rosé." As Lisa followed. "Please raise your hand Rosé, so that she can sit beside you. Let's wait for our professor."

I raised my hand and Jisoo nodded, she then began to walk and sat beside me. She fixed herself, pulled her things out inside of her bag and arranged her things on the table.

Kim Jisoo, a cold mysterious person, well organized, neat, and I think she’s from another city called Busan. Well, I knew because I heard it from my back. Her cold eyes are so deadly like she could kill us with her own eyes just in one glance. I haven't heard much about her. 

"Keep your mouth shut if you don't want detention after class, everyone."

Minutes later, I saw a shadow on our window and that was our professor, who started to walk inside of the room and he looked at us one by one to see if everyone was present in his class.

"Where's the new student?" He asked, he stopped counting the students when he saw Jisoo raising her hands. "Okay. I have bad news for today."

My eyes grew bigger. "What do you mean by bad news, Mr. Lim?"

He finally said. "Well, you see, one of your classmates died yesterday and the policemen and detectives are still looking for the mysterious serial killer."

"It's November and many people have died every november. It's also halloween sir." Said by Chanyeol who’s from another row. 

“What are we going to do now?”

“Omg! Am I going to die?”

“That’s so scary!”

"BE QUIET! PLEASE LET HIM SPEAK!" Lisa, our class president, shouted loudly, and my classmates stopped shouting inside our classroom.

"Calm down class! We're not going to die okay?" Professor said, "What's the point of yelling and panicking when you're like that? Nothing right? So calm down class!"

"Sir is right, don't panic." Jisoo said. Why are there no emotions when she said that?

Just a few moments later, we heard the school bell. 

"Before I will dismiss this class. Please, please avoid talking when I'm still talking and you can speak na if I'm done discussing or reminding you about this," Professor Lim said, "Anyway, two days from now we will be having a Halloween Party. Where? Still in the classroom. What time will it start and finish? 10AM to 8PM. Now, any more questions? Because I won't be entertaining questions after this." 

He sighed. "None? Okay. Class Dismissed!"

The students began to fix their things and went outside with a sad face. Meanwhile with Jisoo, she's still with her same expression. What happened to her?
