Ok so this story is about a drippy cat so the story begins by the cat walking in the barber shop
The barber sees the cat and he says
"Do you want a fresh haircut?"
And the cat says
"Meow" translation Yes
And the barber gives the cat a fresh hair cut
and the cat looks fresh then the cat walks away without giving the money he runs and the barber says its okay
Then everybody looks at the cat amazed by how it looks
