KENNYS POV
I sat by a fire I had recently made, waiting for Ben to wake up. I started thinking about everything I have been through. Meeting lee and clementine for the first time, Lee saving my boy. Lee was a good man, he did everything he could to protect that girl and now I can't even keep her safe.
"I wish lee was here" I whispered. I heard shuffling behind me, I spun around and saw bed sitting up, looking at me. I stood up and walked over to him and knelt down and grabbed his shirt.
"Your only alive right now because I need you to help me to get to clementine" I snapped.
"Kenny, you have no idea who your dealing with"
"yeah and you don't know who your dealing with either so shut the fuck up and tell me how we get her out!"
"We can't, not alive anyway"
"Who do you think you are? Who would follow a girl and befriend her just to make her just taken away to her death?"
"I didn't say she was going to die"
"Then what did you mean?"
"If we even try get her out, she will die or you will"
" it's worth it....she is worth it"
"You really love her don't you?"
"Of course I do"
"I loved someone once, it didn't end well."
"Break up?"
"No, all this shit had happened and me and her where trying to escape the city, we got trapped in a room for hours and hours. I remember her starting to complain about being hungry. I told her she had to wait, she told me she couldn't if she was feeding two, that's how she told me she was pregnant. I was going to be a dad. We did mange to escape and be safe but about a year later, the baby was around 5 months old and I left her and her mother in our camp with 4 guys we had met, I went to get some supply's when I heard her screaming, I ran back, faster then light its self, but when I got there, the baby was gone and she was lying there, drenched In her own blood. they had raped her and killed her and took our child.." he said, his voice cracking as he stared at the floor.
"What happened to the baby?"
"I never found her"
"What does the have to do with me and clementine?"
"Because I know what love is and you really love her so I'm going to help you, I have nothing left to live for anyway"
