Neil's POV:

It's been a few weeks since their argument and they still haven't gone to see me.

So I'm assuming that they've either haven't made up yet, couldn't find me, or just straight out forgot.

It started to snow a few days ago and I wasn't in a good enough condition to go hunting for food, so I haven't eaten anything in the past two days.

Sighing, I walked through the forest, heading out to go catch my breakfast.

I limped slightly, my body littered with cuts and bruises gained from my training.

"Those dumb monkeys don't know how to hold back."

I groaned out, annoyed at the aching pain my body was currently feeling.

Although I've been improving steadily, it's not progressing as fast as I would've liked.

But at least I could now dodge the monkeys with my eyes closed, though a few of their attacks would manage to hit me from time to time.

I guess, I just really couldn't concentrate while knowing that my brothers were still at odds.

On the bright side, I can now use my observation haki a little better, though my range isn't that big yet.

As I continued to walk, I didn't notice the rock in my path, I stumbled and tripped.

I caught myself, but it really seems as though the world wanted to see me fall face first onto the ice cold ground, and placed a slippery downhill slope right beside me.

I was having a hard time regaining my balance as I was by the edge of the slope, and unfortunately for me the wind decided to side with the world and blew hard.

I was falling, and I could tell that this was gonna hurt, so I tucked into myself just before my face hit the ground and proceeded to roll down the hill.

I kept rolling over and over and it seemed almost like eternity had passed before gravity finally gave up.

Noticing that I've stopped rolling, I shakily stood up and looked around making sure that the area was safe for me to rest in.

Once I was certain that there wasn't anything dangerous near me, I went up to climb a tree and settled on its branch.

I shuffled slightly as I made myself comfortable, I laid on my stomach and promptly fell asleep from exhaustion.

Third Person POV:

Though what Neil failed to notice, was that there were three kids who had suddenly hidden behind a tree as soon as they caught sight of him.
