How To Become A Badass

Prologue

     I'm Zara Fitch, the girl who everyone enjoyed teasing and embarrassing, and I stayed strong throughout every tough time.

     I didn't take shit from anybody even if I was a "timid, poor coward", and although I was being bullied every single day, I wasn't just going to let them walk all over me like I was some dirty rug.

     Since I was only human, I had to let my walls down sometimes. Whenever I couldn't defend myself, I had a best friend who did the defending for me.

     My best friend, Jace Jackson, was the most loyal person I've ever met. He was that one best friend that everyone wishes they had, and I'm so blessed to have him. No matter how arrogant he is, it doesn't flaw the fact that he's genuine, passionate, intelligent, protective, humorous, caring, considerate, and irreplaceable.

     I'm grateful and lucky to have Jace by my side through every hardship that I have to face.

     "I'm the best friend. It comes with the job description, doesn't it?" He would always joke whenever I thanked him for being the most loyal human being in the entire galaxy.

     Remember when I said that everybody always teased me? Well, it's only because I'm in unrequited love with Tyler Layton. Psh. Get a life, losers.

     Anyways, Tyler Layton intentionally humiliated me. In front of everyone. Since I always suddenly become a stuttering mess around Tyler Layton, I was speechless, stunned, and hurt especially since it was difficult for me to defend myself around him.

     I wanted revenge, and here I am today.

     Alec Davis, the so-called careless and mysterious "Bad Boy", volunteered to help me get revenge on him, and he ended up having to teach me how to become a badass.

     This is just an introduction to Zara Fitch, a main character in the story, and the plot of the story. This is the main idea of the plot: Bookworm is in love with Untouchable Golden Guy, and so-called Golden Guy intentionally rejects and humiliates Bookworm in front of everybody. Mysterious Bad Boy, who dislikes Untouchable Golden Guy for some reason, decides to help Bookworm get revenge, but first, he must to teach her how to become a badass. Things improve from then, and now you have to read this story to find out what happens.The prologue to the story is in Zara's perspective because I wanted to show readers and viewers what Zara thought of herself and how she overcame everything. I have a friend just like Zara, and I love her to bits. Zara's a warrior, and she's a very strong person (even if she always suddenly becomes a stuttering mess around Tyler).
