Oh! I forgot to introduce myself anyway my name is Adira I am 14 years old and had been here with my adoptive mother in Texas since I remember.I also know some self defence I love my mother and my friends I am very cheerful and bubbly but if you are going to be bitch to me then I am going to tell you who is the real bad bitch here.I don't know the reason why my parents abandoned me you must be wondering how I know my name so the answer is I know my name because I am having a necklace with my name. So yeah.
After getting ready I decided to go downstairs and there I have been welcomed with the motherly hug from mum.
"Honey eat your breakfast your friends Will be here anytime to pick up for the school and I need to left for my work" Mum said by checking her stuff.
After giving me a goodbye hug and kiss she leave for her work and I decided to go to my love.

Whattt? I love pancakes. After eating my breakfast I heard the honk of the car and decided to leave because my best friends are here. After locking the house I moved towards the car to see my best friends . Walter is waving at me with a smile and as usual Thea is yelling at me to move faster. Rolling my eyes I decided to run towards the because of Thea.
"Ad can't you run" said Thea
"Thea I almost ran and you are saying me to move faster. So sad you don't care about me that if I run I may got hurt and and... "
"Woah Woah slow down tigeress we understood what you are saying right Thea" Walter said to Thea who is basically glaring at me and I as usual rolled my eyes at her.
"Okay girls let's go to the school" Walter said
((Time skipped. After school))
After school Thea and Walter dropped me and as I enter my house I am having a very bad feeling in my stomach that something is going to happen today and as a queue I see James at the couch who is mum's boyfriend.

I don't know why but I don't like him. I am glaring at him and suddenly I saw him stalking towards me with a glare and evil smirk? Suddenly I felt a stinging sensation on my cheeks.
He just fucking slapped me.
"WHAT THE HELL" and suddenly he yanked me by my hair and pushed to the ground and started yelling at me.
"YOU BITCH YOU RUINED MY LIFE I THOUGHT THAT AFTER MOVING IN WITH CORA I WILL TAKE ALL HER MONEY AND RUN AWAY BUT NO YOU HAVE COME IN BETWEEN ME AND MY WEALTH" and then he started kicking and punching me on my ribs And I will say it hurts like a BITCH I am sure it is going to leave some nasty bruises on my ribs . I felt my breath shortened when he takes out the gun to shoot me and then I hear "BANG" but I feel no pain I opened my eyes to see mum taken the bullet on my behalf.
"MOMMM"
"Mom please don't close your eyes I will do something" Right now I an full on sobbing.
I taken my phone and call the officers. Then I see mum trying to say something I rush towards her and said while crying
"Mum please don't close your eyes nothing is going to happen to you"
"Ad you need to listen to me I know that I am not going to makeup" she said taking large breaths
"Mom- - -"
"LISTEN you know I am not your real mother and I need you to go back to your family and remember they never abandoned you there are some things for you in my cupboard by your mother go and check that and remember that I love you sweetheart" After saying that she closed her eyes forever.
I sat there numb with tears flowing trying to digest what she said and at the queue I heard sirens. Then I hold her hands and said.
"I LOVE YOU TOO MUM"
