Tanjiro was led to a big rock by Urokodaki. Urokodaki had said that he needed to break the rock in order to go to final selection.

Zenitsu was led to a very thick tree, in which he climbed when Urokodaki said he would have to cut it down and turn it into small wood slabs.
"Zenitsu! Get down from there! Your gonna fall!" Y/n shouted, they cupped his hands together to make it louder.
"No! Your gonna kill me!" Zenitsu shouted. Big grey clouds danced slowly across the sky, each one never the same. And suddenly, thunder struck, hitting the tree Zenitsu was in. Zenitsu fell, but was quickly caught by the old man in the tengu mask. He sighed before placing him on the ground and leaving.

Y/n was led to the biggest lake he had ever seen. Urokodaki had simply walked over the edge, having Y/n manipulate water to craddle him mid-air. As he walked, it soon sped up into running, and then full out disappearing and flashing.

"I want you to throw some rocks into the water. Before they even land in the water, catch them. However, you also have to use your breathing technique while using you MP." Urokodaki said. First time he ever spoke so much to the (h/c) boy.

And so, the three boys had started their training, taking their time or rushing on some abnormal days. As time passed, so did their worry about Nezuko. The boy hadn't awoken at all, and it was very worrisome. At some point, Zenitsu performed some sort of "ritual" which would bring Nezuko back. Unfortunately it didn't work, and so they had all tried to at least get Nezuko to move. He barely moved a finger, but they caught it and left him alone to his own things.

Each swing of his sword made him dizzy, everytine he put a hand up to control the water made him want to puke. It took tons of his energy to lift a finger when he was done. Tanjiro and Zenitsu looked at him with pity, having gone through less stress than him. Urokodaki said, "If you want to earn the proper title of Guardian, you earn it the hard way. There is no easy way to take a path." Zenitsu and Tanjiro sighed, Y/n having slapped their own face.
"In the end, it'll be worth it, because then I can protect Tanjiro and Zenitsu- Sama."

Tanjiro grew a tick mark and slapped Y/n's head.
"I told you, no formalities!" He then pulled his ear, no guilt evident this time.
"W-wait... Did y-y-you just adress my by "S-Sama"?..." Zenitsu blushed slightly, having thought he was an extremely special to Y/n.
"Yes, you are my friend, are you not?" Y/n asked, slight shock on his face. Was it not normal to adress somebody that way?

"Y/n, you've changed into a... A really respectful person!" Tanjiro jumped back. Urokodaki sipped his tea calmly.
"Have I? I don't really fucking know if I have changed! Tanjiro, tell me the truth, am I a respectful bitch now?!" He yelled. Tanjiro sighed, still the same person from back then, huh?

Urokodaki grew a murderous aura, and then cracked his knuckless.
"You cannot curse here, boy." And with that, the next day Y/n was in bed with bruises all over his body. A sprained wrist was also evident, but it hadnt bothered the hybrid in the slightest.

Zenitsu and Tanjiro first caught sight of it when Y/n picked up a cup to drink from. His wrist looked like it popped off, and they both rushed to him and studied his arm. Tanjiro had put bandages on that shit while Zenitsu had put some herbs on it. Of course these were natural talents. The (h/c) boy couldn't help but feel useless. I mean, sure he was strong and knew how to fight, but he hasn't really done anything helpful around Urokodaki's house, and it drobe him insane.

Each timw he wanted to do something, like cut some wood or pick some vegies from the garden, Tanjiro or Zenitsu had beaten him to it and would always say "You don't need to waste your time by doing this."
Even if he wanted to train some extra hours, he'd be forced back inside by the two boys. It wasn't fair, but he adjusted and simply spent his days in a slight daze. While training, he wouldn't pay attention and would instead think about anything. Which the led to him noticing his surroundings.

It was a beautiful place, where he trained. A big pond where lots of animals would drink and observe him. Every animal was not a threat, because they knew that if they messed with a hybrid they would end up in a terrible accident or fate. This was called the "Urogami cycle", a cycle that had been created by Tespuaka, god of Nature and Nourishing.

The story went like this:

On a festive day, where flowers bloomed and trees carried green or purple leaves, a man would always give out fresh vegetables. Nobody had accepted his nourished vegetables, inevitably making him poor.

The man had tried many things to get money, but unfortunately couldn't. He tried and tried, where it got to the point where he sacrificed his own body for the sake of attention. Who did he sacrifice himself to, you may ask?

He devoted himself to a single seed. If he could bloom that seed into a tree with at least 10 ring in it's core, his sacrifices would no longer need to be kept up as often.

And so, he grew the seed and made sure it was big and strong for 10 years, each year being more torture for his lonely soul.
The seed was that to a flower, a beautiful Camellia that layed itself on the best natural soil. It was almost impossible to not kill the poor flower, because it was very fragile and unprotected.

And when another year passed and nothing had happened, the man threw a fit of despair, not noticing his beautiful surroundings and how much meanin they held. The poor little Camellia flower had not been taken care of for months. When the man had finally noticed that he hadn't been taking care of the flower, he ran to check up on it.

The flower was no longer there, and instead a man with long red hair and chocolate brown skin sat in the grass. He held beautiful features, but what stuck out was his withered appearance.

The red haired man turned around to the human and smiled before thanking him for taking care of him. But he couldn't help but ask, "Why did you stop taking care of me? Why did you leave me to rot?"
The man had replied in shock, "I was in a fit of despair that my wish hadn't layed itself on me, so I locked myself away frlm humans."

The man with red hair hummed and smiled after listening. He didn't seem mad at all, and instead seeemed happy.
"Your wish did come true, you just havent noticed it, have you? Humans are such silly creatures, they are."
The man hummed in confusion.

"This whole time, you've payed attention to me, but never your surroundings. You've been to focused on me that almost everyone has gotten worried about you. You pay to much little to around you, always indulged with a certain thing before the other. But do not fret, I've come to make this world a better place, a beautiful and happy place!" Exclaimed the red haired man.

The human was again shocked before he sighed and left the red haired god to his own thing.

And from then on out, the god had pestered the human and nourished him back to health, just like he had to him. It was like that until one day the human had died on a full moon, leaving the god.
The god asked himself, "Why do all my creations fail me? When will I be able to make a perfect being?"

Small birds and deer had stationed themselves around the humans home, making the god have a 'great' idea. Why not make a mix of nature and human? They'd probably live longer anyway.

End-

The cycle was not mentioned in the story, but you'd think that if you hadn't been me. The cycle went like this, each year a new hybrid was made, that is, until a full moon would come along.

A full moon could brutally kill a hybrid by tearing them apart or making them deathly ill. Still doesn't explain how normal animals should be loyal to hyrbids. Well, as an honour to the human man who devoted himself to a single flower just to creat a god, each animal held respect to the creations which were meant to be a reincarnation of said human man. Tespuaka had created hybrids in order to find the human man once more, because he knew he should have been reincarnated on a full moon. That is why hybrids should not look at the moon. Tespuaka makes sure each hyrbid does not look at the moon, but if curiosity kills the cat, he will check up on his "child". Maybe they'd be dead, maybe not.

Anyways-

As Y/n had stood on his legs, he realized he had been spacing out. He wouldnt get anywhere with what he was doing.
And so, he threw as much as rock as he could into the water and had almost caught them. He tried harder and harder, but to no avail.
