(The point of view of this story goes by the name Byron)
School finally ended and I could go home and relax for a bit. But something kept bothering me... I couldn't stop thinking about him. Everytime I always started to feel warm and calm inside when I get to see him or think of him. My friend thinks it's funny and all but it's a really nice feeling. Though I'm not sure if he would probably feel the same, sometimes I hope he does which sounds weird.
I finally make it home and head to my room change out my uniform to some regular clothes. After that I decide to play some video games on my phone and just lay in bed. After a while I decided to go on Discord and tease one of my friends since I got one of her favorite things she doesn't have yet, sucks to be her. But while doing that, I get a text message from him, Max is his name. I felt a nice feeling for a bit then decide to check the message. It's just a normal message any normal friend would send, a nice hello and other things, I text with him for a while then realized it was night time. I get up from my bed and change into pajamas. Time sure does fly fast when you talk with those you love, seems a little bit weird. I then fall asleep and hope tomorrow isn't another shitty day at school.
The next day
It was morning now, it seemed nice. Birds were singing, they clouds seem to have a type of positive feeling, and flowers looked beautiful, maybe today was gonna be a great day, who knows? I get up form my bed and change to my uniform, I would say the outside looked nice but I expected no changes in school, just plain old boring yet sometimes fun with friends school.
I finally reached school and waited for my classes to start, but then I got a message from the girl I tease on discord, Narrator. (A random girl i decided to name narrator) She's gonna have a small party, and most of her friends are invited, she even invited Max. Maybe today was gonna be a little nice after all.
Time Skip
Hooray, school finally ended. Turns out this small party was located at a small house her parents also owned, it also has a large backyard. The time the party started was two hours after school, so when I got home I decided to take a shower and get ready. An hour passes by and I'm all ready. I grab my phone and text Max to see if he's also coming, turns out he is. I felt a small amount of joy but then it later faded when my mom came in my room. She wanted to take me to the party early, and since I was already ready I just decided to go with it.
We head over to house and turns out a few people were already there at a table. It was just Narrator and a few of her friends, though I didn't fully see Max yet.
My mom drops me off by the entrance in the house and I head over to the table with them.
N: Byron! You also came early?
B: Well yeah, I was already ready and I had an hour left so my mom decided to bring me here early and I went with it. When is Max coming?
She just smirked at me when I said that last part, she knew I had a thing or two for Max.
N: Well, I think he might come in an hour or a half. But I can call him and see if he can come right now if you want.
B: oh, it's fine. I can wait until he comes. Besides, I can see him again during school, etc.
N: You sure? I mean I don't want you to feel lonely or anyth-
A loud bang interrupted her, turns out someone broke a chair, somehow? It wasn't exactly a big deal for her, but she tried to fix it either way. Unfortunately she had to go inside the house to fix it while the rest just stayed outside and talked. Even though I tried to enter their conversation, I failed miserably. But I did manage to have a small talk with another friend of mine who was already there, his name was Marlon.
A few minutes passed by and we all decided to head inside the house and just play games in there, of course Narrator allowed us. She was already done fixing the chair so we all just played Mario Kart and Just Dance 2019 on the nintendo switch she had. Then we hear a knock on the door and Marlon decides to check who was knocking on the door. It was Max! And some other people i don't care about right now. They came in and decided to join us playing on the Nintendo Switch.
An hour finally passed by and we all headed outside. There were way more decorations than we all last saw, turns out Narrator had a helper over to help decorate the place. There was also way more people then we last saw. Anyways, we all headed to a table with snacks, food and drinks and grabbed whatever we wanted to eat and drink.
Narrator sat on a table with some of her friends while I sat on a small table eating some chips, then Max decided to sit with me. My heart skipped a beat for a second but then it calmed down.
M: Hey Byron, how are you doing?
B: Oh, I'm doing fine. What about you?
M: Meh, let's just eat our snacks.
B: Alright.
We did as he said, then Narrator made a small announcement and wanted all of us to go into her room to play truth or dare after we finished doing whatever we were doing out here. Everyone was mostly fighting each other outside or inside the bouncy castle which is pretty normal sometimes. I was just talking to Narrator about whatever I could think of, she kept calling me fruity though, even though she is also fruity.
After like an hour or two, we all decided to head inside and go to Narrator's room which was pretty big and had a whole bunch of danganronpa and sonic stuff. She told everyone to sit down in the middle of the floor as a circle and she'll start the game. So we all did as she said, but some of them decided they wanted to continue playing outside or inside and she was fine with that. So half of them left her room and it was just me, Narrator, Max, Marlon, Michelle, Alexia and some other few people. Narrator grabs a wheel from under her bed and places our names on each part of it and spins it, it lands on Michelle.
N: Truth or dare Michelle
Mi: Uh.. truth
N: When was the last time Alexia asked you for a shrimp box?
Mi: I think it was a few hours ago.
N: Not surprised, now go ask someone else or the wheel picks for you.
Mi: I guess the wheel can pick.
Narrator spins the wheel yet again and it lands Marlon.
Mi: Truth or dare marlon
Ma: Hmmmm, dare
Mi: I dare you to go outside and slap all of the boys
Ma: Bet
Marlon would get up and walk out of Narrator's room, and head outside. Everyone in the room talks while we wait for Marlon. He comes back after like three minutes, his hair seems a little messier.
N: the fuck happened to you?
Ma: We had a small fight he laughs a bit
N: Makes sense, now sit down and pick someone or the wheel does.
Ma: Alright, alright sits down
Ma: Let the wheel decide
N: Eh, mk Spins the wheel
It landed on me, I felt kinda scared honestly.
