Due to lack of content of continents personified and play a role in fanfics. I headcanon the Continenthumans as an equivalent to gods but that doesn't mean they created their respective continent so countries refer them as spirits but in some occasions refer them as gods. With an exception for Antarctica for some reason, they are transparent and can't be wounded or killed. They are gigantic in size and live in the clouds. They have an ability to change size if they want.
They can also create countries out of soil, more will be in the next chapter.
