"Navy" shouted Ace as he was running through the manor, trying to find where his love was hidden. "Over here lover boy" Navy spoke in a flirtatious tone. Ace ran through the deserted manor, following the echos of Navy's voice. "BOO" shouted Ace in a sinister tone. He had found her. Navy screamed with laughter as Ace picked her up by her waist and spun her round in circles. After around 10 seconds Ace let Navy slip to her feet, still holding her waist so that she doesn't fall. They stood, staring into each others eyes, entranced, not wanting to look away.

It was inevitable that they would end up together, they were the modern day 'star-crossed lovers' or so everyone thought. Ace was tall and muscular, with olive skin and hair as black as shadows. His eyes however, were icy blue. So captivating, especially when they came in contact with the moon. Ace was obsessed with Navy. He loved the way her raven silk hair fell over her shoulders, how her dark blue eyes glimmered like the ocean, how her nose crinkled when she laughed. Ace was observant, he thought he new everything about his lover, but he didn't know that when he held her, he held her too tight. When he spoke, his words made her nervous, but not in the way you'd imagine.

"I'll kill anyone who ever hurts you Navy, do you understand?" Ace said in a harsh tone. "Yes" replied Navy in a hushed tone. She was scared of him. Scared of what would happen if she didn't obey him. But she loved him. Despite all of this she still loved him and always would. That tragedy of their end was hidden in the shadows of their eyes. They were just too love stricken to see it.

Upon entering Navy's room, Ace and her went to the bed. Navy fell straight to sleep with her head wedged into her pillow. Ace, however, couldn't sleep, because when he entered the room he noticed her journal on the bedside table. He valued her privacy more then anything but he wanted to know the inner workings of her mind. He opened the journal and began reading. The journal read;

'I love ace more then anything, I really do, but his ways of showing affection hurts me. Physically and mentally.'

Ace turned after pages.

'When he hugs me ur suffocates me, it makes me feel like I can't breathe.'

Ace now understood the inner workings of her mind. He turned to the back page of the journal, ripped it out and began to write.

'My dearest darling love,
I once told you that I would kill anyone who hurt you, and I will. For I discovered that I have being hurting you all along. Why didn't you tell me Navy ? Things could have bring different. I wish you the best me sweet angel. I hope you find the lover you deserve.

I love you Navy,
Ace.'

As Navy woke, she noticed a piece of parchment folded neatly on her her night stand. She began to read. When navy finished, she felt numb, as if she could never feel again. After being unable too move, she decided to go to the bathroom to process the information.

That was a mistake, she discovered Ace's lifeless body laying limp in the bathroom floor with a bottle of open pills in his left hand. Her melancholy heart ached at the sight of this. It ached even more knowing that she never fit to tell him, he was going to be a dad.

Ace and Navy really were the lovers that went wrong.
