August 31 1972

I woke up to a pounding headache at 3am "what the fuck" I say as I put my hand to my forehead.
I get up and walk to the kitchen. As i start boiling my lavender tea the telephone rings.
I walk over to the telephone and answer it.
"Hello?"
"Hi Jordan...."
"Oh hey deaky, what's up?" I say still groggy.
"Could you come pick up rog and i?" He asks
"Rogers drunk isn't he"
"Well yes, yes he is. How'd you know" he laughs
"Alright where are you guys" I ask
"Were at the pub down the street"
"Ok ill see you soon"

I hang up the phone and go to my bedroom. I put on my led zeppelin t-shirt pared with blue sweatpants. I walk out to my car and start driving to the pub.
As soon as I see the pub,
I see roger with his arm around some girl making out with her
"Asshole" I scoff to myself
I pull up to the side of the road and I roll down my window
"Deaky she's not coming with us"
"Try breaking that to roger" he says

I get out of my car
"Deaks tell him she can't come to my house, I don't even know her".
"Fine" he says in defeat

I lean up against my car and she roger arguing with John about the girl.
"Then tell jordan to take crystal and I to my house" he slurs
"Its Cheryl!" She shouts at him
I laugh a little to loud
They all take they're focus off eachother and onto me
The woman scoffs and walks away,
Roger trys to go after her but deaky stops him.
John starts helping rog to the car
Meanwhile roger is throwing a fit.
I open the door for him and he gets in the passenger seat and deaky sits in the back.
I start driving clearly annoyed with rogers antics
Roger and I are friends, but he clearly has a thing for me. It kinda annoys me because I don't see him the way he sees me....
I'm snapped out of my thoughts as I pull up to my flat.
Roger was already asleep in the car.
"Rog wake up we're here" I shake him awake
He smiles at me
I half smile back tiredly
I get this feeling when he talks to me or looks at me, it's something I can't describe. But I guess it's a close friend thing I don't know...
