Beautiful Love

A/N:

Before we start I have a little note for you to read before!

I decided to start posting fan-fictions that I have written in the past that haven't gotten published yet.

This particular book I wrote called Beautiful Love was actually one of the first fan-fictions I ever written...like ever...😅

Because this was written about two years back, my writing style has changed drastically, (I think for the better of course), so I'm sure compared to the books I have written recently it'll probably sound like a 7 year old wrote this, lol! 😂

Though I thought it would be fun and to have my readers see how I used to write when I first started writing stories of my favorite characters, versus my newer one-shot stories and book series I have been working on for the past six or seven months that show how my writing has changed into something more creative and better. ❤️💖

I'm not expecting this to get a lot of reads or reviews, I'm just publishing these fun upcoming short one-shots just for fun!

Anyways, now that we've got that out of the way, onto the story!

Inuyasha, Kagome, and Shippo were all on their way to go to a shrine up the hills. They were here a long time ago when they defeated a huge clan of spider heads.

"Are the demons gone?" Kagome asked, while holding onto Inuyasha's shoulder.

"They're gone, I made sure they were." Inuyasha said softly.

Kagome blushed a little, but she pulled herself together for the rest of the trip.

They soon made it to the village, but it was kind of late, at least eight o' clock. Kagome was tired and Shippo was hungry

"You hungry, Shippo?" Kagome asked.

"Yeah, but you rest." Shippo said.

"It's okay, I'm really not that tired." Kagome said, yawning.

She pored the water in the pan and boiled it. All of a sudden, she fell over on the floor out of exhaustion.

Inuyasha thought something was wrong, so he ran over and picked her up.

"Shhhhh." Shippo whispered. "She's sleeping."

Inuyasha put Kagome down on the shrines mattress, and covered her up.

"She's beautiful." Inuyasha said, watching her sleep. He planted a kiss on her forehead. Kagome smiled in her sleep, because of that, falling back into her deep sleep a few minutes later.

The next day Kagome woke up with Inuyasha's arms wrapped around her, and Shippo sleeping at the bottom of the bed.

Kagome tried to move out of his grip to get her bag, but he was way too strong, so Kagome turned around in his arms, and woke him up by kissing him on the cheek.

"Good morning!" Kagome said to Inuyasha.

"Morning."

She smiled a bit and looked down as they heard a grumble.

"Ugh is it morning already?" Shippo asked, rubbing his eyes.

Kagome laughed a bit. "Yes, it is."

He crawled out of bed and hugged his friends.

They were a bit startled at first, but Shippo has always been one to like hugs and love from his friends.

"Is it bad that I think of you as my second family?" Shippo asked.

Inuyasha and Kagome looked at each other and blushed a little.

"Shippo, me and Kagome aren't married, so you can't really say we're your second family, but we are your close friends and we would be happy to keep caring for you." Inuyasha said.

"We'll yeah that's what I meant, but you should date at least! You put Kagome into bed, called her beautiful, and slept with her!" Shippo said.

Kagome blushed a little at this news. "Wait, really?"

"You looked...you looked cute sleeping..." Inuyasha said.

"Wow, you're too sweet!" Kagome said smiling, yet still blushing.

Shippo stood there and watched them and listened to their conversation for a while until they were done.

After that, Inuyasha took Shippo and went fishing for tonight's lunch and dinner, while Kagome stayed back at the hut.

When they got back they ate lunch and later that evening when the sun went down, ate their dinner.

After their long day, Kagome pulled out a sleeping bag for Shippo and set it right next to Inuyasha and Kagome's bed. Shippo climbed into the sleeping bag and slept.

Once he went to sleep, Kagome was cleaning up the kitchen area and sat at the table, waiting for Inuyasha to get back. He went back to the lake to get more fish to catch for their lunch tomorrow.

When he got back, Kagome gave him a hug, before they both started cleaning up the living room area.

Once they were done, Inuyasha and Kagome felt exhausted from their long day of catching fish and making dinner together, not to mention Shippo was still a handful since he was still a child, so they decided to go lay down.

They got under the covers and laid on the bed, facing one another in silence, trying to sleep.

Kagome couldn't sleep though, so she peeked up at him through her eyelashes, finding that he was still awake.

She smiled a bit to herself hoping inuyasha didn't notice. He just looked so beautiful.

All of a sudden she thought of something. She had to ask about it.

"Inuyasha?" She called his name.

"Hm?" He let out a soft hum, telling her in his own way he was listening.

"Did you...did you really say I was beautiful?"

Inuyasha looked down into her eyes. "Yes, yes I did."

"Why..." Kagome asked. She couldn't really understand.

"Kagome..." Inuyasha said softly, with a calming tone. "I love you, Kagome."

"Inuyasha..."

He kissed her not a moment later.

When he pulled away from her soft, plump lips, Inuyasha rolled on top of her and put his hand on her cheek.

"Inuyasha..."

"Kagome do you want to know something?"

"Hm?"

Inuyasha pulled Kagome closer into his chest. "I will never love anyone as much as I love you."

"Inuyasha, I-I love you too."

When she said those four words that even got him, a half demons heart racing, he kissed her once again.

He climbed off of her after a few more kisses, pulling her into his chest once again, falling asleep sooner than they expected right in each other's arms.
