Play Pretend (Kirari X Sayaka)

(3rd person POV)

Sayaka stretches a sleeping bag out and lie down in the field of lillies, the same one that the tower of doors is in. She sits under the stars taking in every single detail of the beautiful landscape around her. She leans to the right of her and picks a daisy. Sayaka holds the flower close to her chest.

She examines every star and the patterns on the moon closely. She breaths in deep and looks to the right of her to find the president laying a sleeping bag down next to her.

Sayaka jumps, causing the president to chuckle before lying next to her.

"Why are you out here, Sayaka?" The president looks at her awaiting a response.

"I- I suppose I just like being out here?"

"Sayaka, did you know that lillies are a symbol for lesbians?"

Sayaka is surprised by the question and immediately goes beet red. She did not in fact know that, but she seemed to feel even more drawn to the lilly field after hearing that. She hugs the single flower tighter.

The president laughs. "Your reaction was hilarious, dear. Your adorable."

Sayaka manages to go even more red, but doesnt respond. The president has already closed her eyes and Sayaka would prefer not to disturb her. After all, Sayaka has a deep love for the president, and would do anything to be accepted by the president as more than simply a secretary. Sayaka stares up into the infinite sky and wonders just how far it goes. Sayaka had asked the president before. She simply said "Forever and ever and ever. The sky is the only thing thats forever."

Sayaka could think of multiple other things that were forever but she didnt dare disagree with the president. Sayaka decided then and there she would find a way to make the president hers.
