Prologue

'In this world things always seem to swap. One human being could start off as a... human and then the next day they could be a llama. It's just how it works. I however am a shapeshifter, the world doesn't control me like it controls everyone else..... well, that's sort of a lie; I used to be a cat who couldn't do much but now I can do whatever the heck I want. Until of course.... some shit went down and now everyone -except me- is acting unusually crazy. I blame the moon, everything always changes when the moon comes out...'

"Shadow, I came to see you..." I heard an unusal voice ring in my ear as I lay asleep. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!?!" I demanded as I saw my first father stand in front of me. Technically I was his mother but technically he was my father... let's just say I have a very unusual story linked to some of my past lives. My -sort of- father's name was Kyle, we were both the same age in this life and thousands of years old in all out lives combined. The weird thing was, I thought Kyle was dead and he is also evil.

"I wanted to say sorry for my actions, I know you won't accept this appology though." Kyle bowed as he spoke.

"DAM RIGHT I WON'T ACCEPT YOU APPOLOGY!!! YOU TRIED TO KILL ME!!" I got up and screamed in his face, "AND HOW THE HECK DID YOU EVEN GET INTO MY ROOM?!?! OR MY HOUSE?!?"

"Well I can transform from a cat to a human..." Kyle added, casually ignoring the fact that I had spat on his face. "So I snuck my way in here..."

"THAT'S CALLED BREAKING AND ENTERING!!!! DO YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT YOU'VE CHANGED AFTER YOU BROKE INTO MY HOUSE?!?!?"

"Well... yes. Actually I did...." He looked disapponted.

"Well, nope."

"Aww..." He hung his head down.

"Why are you still here?" My eyes twitched as I dared to look at him, annoyed. "I thought you'd like some fudge."

"YES! GIMME. GIMME, GIMME." My eyes shone as I hopped about and snatched the fudge bar he handed to me. "You know..." I spoke as I stuffed my face, "you should have given me this before, I totally would have accepted your appology if there was fudge involded."

"There's something else you should know..."

"What's that?"

"The people of this side of earth are changing again. When I walked past the police all they did was wave to me."

"But you're... you're the worlds most wanted. Anyone would kill you if they had the chance. Maybe this time the people are changing to be happier."

"That's not it... Ryuki... he hasn't been standing around Wing yet he was able to control his anger. And WIng well, I caught her trying to hurt Ryuki, kind of like you; but in a less, jokey way."

"I understand.." I nodded, "I'll go out to town tommorow and see what's happening. For now, try to stay indoor. But... don't go anywhere near anyone I know." I demanded and growled.
