-+Myles' POV+-

I watched her curl into herself. She hugged her knees to her chest and closed her eyes tightly. I moved to sit next to her but then thought better of it. We had argued, I was cold and mean to her, I don't think she wanted me to comfort her.

She wanted Hallsy. The thought of them having talked -maybe even touched- had my blood running cold. I wanted to smash the guys face in for thinking he could be hers. There was no way he hadn't. Hell, it took most of my will power not to clutch her to my chest when they first threw her in here. She had all that power over me and I still didn't know her name...

-+Hallsy's POV+-

Didn't see it commin' did ya? ;D

She could say heel and I'd be on my knees in half a heartbeat, fetch and I'd get anything she wanted. No matter how far, I'd go to the ends of the earth to find it only for her.

She still had those beautiful dark eyes that made any man's knees weak. And even with her past and the rouges she still had an air of innocence that made you want to hold her close and save her from anything and everything.

Her name fit her perfectly. But she didn't know who gave her the name. Maybe I should tell her... Maybe its the right time... Yes. She deserved to know.

-+Our Heroine's POV+-

The groans had stopped. I still didn't look up. I didn't want to see the stone-hard face Alpha Myles had adopted since our argument. He was mad, from what I could guess, that he saw Hallsy as taking what was his. But I did not belong to him. Nor Hallsy. I am a person, not a doll. I refuse to be possessed and put on a shelf behind a glass cage. If they don't understand that then I will find someone who does. I am not bound to them, I am free to walk away when we are safe. And I intend to do such.

The day went by in a haze half-consciousness. I was in and out of cat-naps, trying to get enough sleep in the daytime for my nighttime travels. Whether Alpha Myles approved or not, I was going to see Hallsy. He could possibly know the way out. Or better yet he could provide me the friendship I had been missing all the time he was gone.

Nighttime came silently. I quietly rose to stand. I unlocked the door and was about to close it when a foot stopped it.

"And where do you think you're off to?" Myles's voice came from the door.

I was silent for a second. "To find the way out."

"Then why don't I join you?"

"Stealth in numbers, sir." I replied quickly.

"Fine. Run along to Hallsy." He pulled his foot in and shut the door, locking it firmly.

Hallsy was waiting inside the door. He opened it and was surprised when I rushed into him. I needed to embrace my long lost friend and feel something I knew. He hugged me back briefly before putting me at arms length. "There's somethin' I gotta show you."

He dragged me along the corridors until we reached one that seemed to be the oldest. The whole hallway was silent as Hallsy brought me to the very end cell. He knocked twice, then waited and then knocked once more. He whispered to me, "Please don't be mad at me."

The door opened.

I gasped loudly, "Alpha?"

600 words for you lovelies! Not counting this bit. I hope there were a few gasps in the audience. Writing this last bit made me giddy! Please tell me what you think now and what you think might happen!! Au revoir!
