Chapter 1. Meeting the Empress

Outworld and EarthRealm emerged victorious over NetherRealm and Kronika's forces. However, many were injured, many disappeared, many were dead. Liu Kang, EarthRealm's greatest warrior and fire god battled Kronika and defeated her.
Kitana Kahn, Empress of Outworld, had feelings for Liu, but after the battle, he never came back.

Kitana's P.O.V.

I sat on my throne, wondering where Liu Kang is. Baraka, arrived.
'You still thinking about Kang?' Asked Baraka. 'Let it rest. He may be dead by now.'
'He's still alive, I know it.' I said. 'And I must look for him.'
'You need a soldier from EarthRealm to aid you.' Sheeva said.
'Hmm, Soldier huh?' Said Erron Black. 'I remember a rookie Special Forces soldier fighting alongside us.'
'Who is this EarthRealmer?' Said Baraka.
'He goes by the name of (Y/N).' Said Erron,
'Then send him to me, Erron.' I said. 'I have a request for him.'
'Yes, Ma'am.' Said Erron.

(A/N)'s P.O.V.

Meanwhile at EarthRealm at the Special Forces base, Sonya, Johnny Cage, Cassie and Jacqui rounded up and arrest the Black Dragon crew, amongst the Special Forces troops is (Y/N).

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

I gathered up the Black Dragon in their cells. 'That's all of you.' I said. 'Now there's no point in whining and bitching anymore, scumbags!'
The prisoners jeered.
'SHUT THE F*CK UP!!' I yelled. 'Kano's dead! Now you will spend your life in jail, you maggots!'

I walked to the base and approached The commander, Cassie Cage, I saluted.
'All the prisoners are in their cells, Commander Cage.' I said.
'Excellent.' Said Cassie. 'Way to scare the shit outta them too.'
'Ma'am.' I said. 'What's our next move?'
'The NetherRealm have retreated and Liu Kang is missing.' Johnny Cage. 'We sent some of our troops to find him.'
'Last time we saw him, he went inside Kronika's fortress alongside Kitana and Kung Lao.' I said.
'(Y)'s right.' Said Sonya. 'We are sure that Liu Kang is still alive.'
'Dismissed.' Said Commander Cage.

As I exited the tent, Cassie caught up with me.
'Hey, (Y), got a minute?' Cassie asked.
'What is it, Commander?' I said.
'You still feel OK?' Said Cassie.
'I'm fine.' I said. 'It is just that I'm having strange visions.'
'What are they?' Asked Cassie.
'I don't know.' I said.
'Well, I better go check on, Takeda.' Said Jaquii Briggs, as she walked past Cassie and me.

'Hey, (Y).' Said Johnny Cage. 'What you doing tonight huh?'
'Relaxing in my quarters, watching every 'Ninja Mime' film.' I said.
Johnny laughed.
'(Y/N)?' Said Sonya as she walked towards me. 'There's someone from Outworld who wants to see you, he's just outside the portal.'

I approached the portal and I saw a man who looks like an outlaw, but I knew him.
'Erron Black.' I said. 'I figured you showed up.'
'I came here to see you, You that Special Forces rookie, (Y/N)?.' Said Erron Black. 'I hear you're that crazy son of a bitch took out most of Black Dragon.'
'I'm right here, Erron.' I said. 'State your business.'
'I got a message from the Empress of Outworld, Kitana Kahn.' Said Erron.
'Kitana?' I said.
Erron nodded. 'She wants to see you, (Y/N).' He said.
'Why does the Empress want (Y/N)?' Asked Johnny.
'He needs to go find out for himself.' Said Erron. 'Best not keep her waiting.'
I nodded and followed Erron to the portal and I entered Outworld.
It was the first time I set foot in Outworld, there were Tarkatans, Shokan on the same page.
As I followed Erron I get more flashbacks. I held my head.
'You OK?' Asked Erron.
'I'm fine.' I said.
As I approached the building where Kitana is, a Tarkatan approaches me. He looks at me in a tense staredown.
'Baraka.' Said Erron. 'This is (Y/N). He's here to see the Empress.'
'I sense vigour and aggression in him.' Said Baraka.
'Let's take him to meet the Empress.' Said Erron.
'Follow me, EarthRealmer.' Said Baraka.

I followed Baraka to the throne room. And he opens the door. I approached the throne and I saw her, sitting cross legged on the throne.
I never knew how beautiful she really was.

I kneeled before Kitana,
'Ah, (Y).' Said Kitana. 'Welcome to Outworld.'
'Thank you,' I said. 'I was told you wanted to see me.'
'That's correct.' Kitana said 'Erron, Baraka, leave us.'
Both Baraka and Erron left the room, as the doors close, Kitana stood up and walked towards me with her hips swaying side to side.
She puts her hands on my chest.
'So much strength, muscular physique.' Said Kitana.
'Empress, why did you bring me here?' I asked.
'Liu Kang went to Kronika's keep.' Said Kitana
'You saying we have to go to NetherRealm?' I asked.
'I'm afraid so.' Said Kitana.
I nodded,

I wanted to prepare just in case of any demons attempt to attack us, so I had a camper trailer set up and armed myself.
Now that I'm ready, I went with Kitana to arrive at NetherRealm, with my squad.
'Sure looks evil.' I said.
'Yes.' Said Kitana.
So, we headed toward Kronika's Keep. Ready for a battle.
