Nibbling on a sandwich I got in the cafeteria I went to the host club and peeked inside. Sure enough, I see the host club charming their way to the customers. I sighed but gave a little smile and wave to each host as I pass by them and take a seat near Kyoya. Said boy looked up to me and gave me that soft smile of his, the one where you never know what his true intentions are.

“Here again? Why don’t you just go up to him?” he asked while writing something down on his black notebook.

“How can I?” I mumbled, endorsing myself more into eating the sandwich.

As the costumers left the music room I got up and began to roam around the room, stretching my arms as I walked. But every once in a while, when I pass the big dark door, I pause for a bit, thinking if I should go in and talk to him at least. Shaking my head to dismiss the thought off, I continued my little exercise.

After a while, I noticed that the hosts were a bit off. Frowning, I turned around to face them. “Why are you guys so quiet today? It’s VERY unusual…” That’s when it hit me. “Wait… what are you guys exactly planning? I can practically smell a plan between you guys.”

“Nothing~” they all sang innocently.

After a few more seconds of silence, the Hitachin brothers spoke out. “Ne, I heard you can do magic.”

I shrugged. “A bit, why?”

“Did someone say MAGIC?” a familiar voice said from behind Tamaki.

The tall blonde freaked out and jumped a couple of meters away from his original spot. “Jbvlsirbvalbvaergb” he made out, then whimpered in the corner.

“Tamaki-Kun…”

I looked back to the black cloaked boy and I felt my lips starting to form a small smile. “Nekozawa-Senpai, good afternoon.” Then I gave a small bow.

He looked at me and I glanced away which made my eyes land on his Beelzenef puppet; it was squirming around. I was making him feel awkward. There was an awkward silence in the air before Kaoru broke it.

“Oh, yes. She can do variety types of magic, I’m sure she’ll love to learn black magic.”

Nekozawa’s dark contacts seemed to shimmer with light at that sentence and leaned toward me, a smile that most people would say is creepy or scary. I think it’s adorable.

“Then why not join the  Black Magic Club? You can get a Belzenef hand puppet for free,” he offered.

Biting my tongue hard enough that I was beginning to taste metal from my blood, my eyebrows furrowed together. The offer sounded so tempting—it was so darn tempting that a big fat ‘yes’ was about to fly out of my mouth if it was not for my fast thinking to bite my tongue.

Having to be in the same club as my crush, will double the time I get to see him every day compared to now. But… I have so many clubs I’m already in right now that the principal has told me that I’m at my max. Of course, I argued that the student guide book never said any rules as to how many clubs I’m supposed to be in. Since the principal was an adult, she obviously encountered and used her power over me to actually create a rule as to how many clubs per student can join.
