chapter 1

CHLOES POV

"Sweety can you come down here " said my mom who was with my dad in the living room.
I came down stairs and asked what was happening. My mom told me to sit down as i sat
down i thought what is happening is there something wrong? I guess i said it out loud instead of in my head. You see i do rhis ALOT.
I am chloe, chloe moretz. I am not the cool kid but i do have friends and i dont get bullied or anything. I'm just an average person i guess.

I have never had a boyfriend or any thing like that. Just friends. as i started to pay attention again i heard my mom say " And thats why we are moving to california" my eyes buged out i couldnt leave my friends.

But,but we cant just move i like it here dont you want me to grow up here and then raise my kids here? my mom and dad just looked at me then my dad broke the silence. Honey we would love that but like we said we got a really good job offer and so we need to move there.

But yall have good jobs here why cant we stay here. "Sweety its an even better job just trust us we know it will be fun to move out of state." My mom said. When do we leave? Monday my dad said.

It was friday i had all today tomorrow and the next day to pack and say bye to my friends.

It was sunday i have done every thing but said bye to some friends.
First i went to my friend ansel he is like so funny and i just love him not in a dating way like a brother and sister way.
Its gonna be hard to leave him i guess.
i knocked on his. His mom answered she told me i could have just opened it myself and laughed a little. She has said this before but i have manners and dont do it. I walked in and she told me ansel was in his room. I knocked on his door and he answered. Our conversation started up and he said hi i responded sounding nervouse to tell him. I hope he didnt notice but to my luck he did.

"Whats wrong " he said. I said i need to tell you something. He looked even more conserned thats what made me feel like he was my brother he naver wanted to just lay on the bed and be on phones he wanted to hear my complaints about stuff. He would work me out of my problems. He was nice.
I..I have to move. I studered. He looked at me not like he was mad or sad i wondered why. So where are you moving is it in the same neighbor hood or is it in that new one by our school?
Thats why he didnt look sad he thought i meant around here. No ansel im moving to california.
A silence was apoun us. I looked at him to see what he was doing. He was just standing there no face expreshion. "Ansel" i said." WHAT " he sounded a little mad . I said "are you mad? "
no just a little fusturated he said. Well i gotta go i will face time you later. Okay? okay. ( see what i did there )

Then i went to my friend camila. She knows i am moving. I just came to say bye. She was my last friend i said bye to most of them yesterday. I knocked and she answered. She hung on me with her legs wraped around me i think she was Crying.

She was very skinny so she was easy to carry. I carred her to the couch and she got off of me. She did that alot when she was sad.

When i looked at her her makeup was smired. Yep she was crying. We had a sappy moment looking over all of our old crazy photos from facebook. "Wow we havent been on facebook in forever " she said. " yeah i know " i said back. After a few hours i left.

When i got home my mom was cooking dinner mmm spaghetti.

Mymom greeted me and said did you say bye to everyone i shook my head. " thats good " she said.
"I was thinking do you want to invite some friends over tonight to sleep over? " she said
"Mom you know i cant invite over all my friends because most are boys and i cant have boys
over " i said.
"Well your 17 i think you know your right from wrong by now. " she said
" omg then yes for sure!!! "i said.
" Well then call them and invite them " she said.
I called camila,ansel,ally,austin & last but not least luke.
We had so much fun. We went to the movies then went out to eat my mom only cooked for her and my dad knowing i would say yes to my friends coming over. After we ate we went to a party we found out about it on twitter. If you are wondering it was lukes idea no onwe elses.

We got there and the air out side was filled with the smell of alchohal we decided to leave after we smelt that haha.

"Well that was fun " i said then everyone agreed.
"Ok im ready to sleep " i said,
we got home and everyone found a spot on the floor and we started to watch a movie. I fell asleep and never woke up till the next morning.

I woke up i am the late sleeper of the group. Everyone knows my house and where everything goes and is so they were all over the place eating watching tv and stuff they would do at their own house. I was so happy i was with my friends i almost forgot i was leaving today.
Luke walked in and huged me "i will miss you " he said. I didnt reply i was to sad. My mom came in and said that everyone had to start to leave because we needed to get stuff ready. Everyone left excep for camila.
She begged her parents to come with us for a week and then come back they finaly said yes and bought her a ticket. We were so excited. We loaded our stuff and got to the airport. I said i was excited but i wasnt i was a little excited cause i get a week with camila in california. That way we can go see really cool stuff there but then she will leave.
She will leave back to texas and not come back. She will be going back to where she belongs.....I wont.
