"Clary! Time to wake up!" I groan and I turn away from the voice. "Come on! You have to! Moms going to the doctors office, I'm going with her, and you are going to Ms.Greene's house! You've got to wake up! Don't make me get ice water!"

With that I shot up, "I'm up! I'm up! No need for any water!" I look over to Caleb and punch him with my good hand. "How long do I have?"

"Um I would say about 4 hours" he gets up and walks out of the room. Oh great I only have 4 hours to get ready... Note the sarcasm.

I get up and put my phone on my iHome and hit shuffle on my playlist. The first song that comes on is Bubbly by Colbie Caillat. I love this song! I sing along with

I pull out a suit case from my closet and hop back to my bed with the suit case in one hand and a crutch in the other.

The rain is falling on my window pane
But we are hiding in a safer place

I go into my closet and start to pick out some clothes I want to bring with me to Ms.Greene's house. I'm sure I have heard of that name before but I don't know where...

I finish the song and I flop down on my bed. I rest for a few minuets before I get back up and keep packing.

It's been about 3 hours of me packing 2 weeks worth of clothes. I just finished packing everything into my suit cases and I head to go take a shower. I put a bag over my cast on my leg and get into the shower washing my body.

After finishing my shower and getting dressed into light blue sweater that says "never stop dreaming" and a Mickey Mouse head on it, with black jeans, light gray Uggs and a dark gray knit beanie. I go downstairs and ask Caleb to help bring my suitcase down for me.

"So mom, you ready for your appointment?" I ask sitting down on a stool by the island while mom cooks what seems like eggs and pancakes, wait no blueberry pancakes. Yum! My favorite!

"I should be asking if your okay with me and Caleb going and you have to stay back with someone you don't even know!" She hands me a plate with 3 blueberry pancakes and scrambled eggs.

"Yea I'm fine! Well as long as you call me right after your appointment! I want to know everything that goes on. Now that I know, I want to be apart of it!" I cheer her up and I start to eat my pancakes. "These are really good! Thank you."

"Thank you! And I wanted to make you something before I leave." She says with a smile that eventually turns into a frown.

"Don't worry mom, I'll see you when you got back. Nothing is going to happen to you or me." I get up and give her a bone-crushing hug.

"Clary... Can't... Breath..." She stutters out. I let her go and she puts her hands on my shoulders.

"I know. I just wanted you to miss my cooking while I'm gone! You know 2 weeks is a long time! I'm going to miss you!" She hugs me lightly this time and we stay like this for a while.

"Are you going to finish your pancakes? 'Cause if not then I'd be more then happy to!" Caleb says coming down with both mine and his suit cases.

"Hey! That's off limits! It's all mine!" I say putting a mouthful of pancakes into my mouth.

I finish my pancakes and I finish getting ready to leave. "Is everything loaded?" I ask my idiot brother.

"Yep! Everything is packed and ready! All we need now is you, me, and mom, and we will be able to leave." He says and gets into the car.

"Just gonna leave your crippled little sister to get into the car herself?" I dramatically say. I see Caleb's shoulders shake, so I'm guessing he is laughing. He gets out of the car and helps me into the car.

I wait for my mom to come out of the house into the car. Once she is in the car she turns up the stereo and her cd comes on. The first song is Drops of Jupiter by Train. I sing along with the lyrics on my way to the Greene's house.

We pull up to a house that is two stories that is a nice size, not too big and not too small. It is a really light grayish blue with blue shutters and a white door. I'm guessing that it is the Greene's house.

We park and a woman about my moms age comes out of the house. Caleb comes to help me out of the car so I don't fall.

"Oh hello! You must be Clary! Your mom has told me so much about you!" The woman says.

"Hi Ms.Greene" I say and somewhat put my hand out so we can handshake.

"Oh please call me Deb!" She says and pulls me into a hug briefly. "Oh and I hope you don't mind that my sister, Flo is staying for two days."

"Oh it's fine! I should be asking if it's okay if I stay for a few days." I say giggling.

"Oh no it's a pleasure to have you!" She said smiling "Oh and a word of advise don't believe a word Flo says... She's crazy!"

"Okay thanks for that." I smile and then turn to mom and Caleb. I give both of them a hug and we bid our goodbyes. I turn back to Deb after Caleb and mom leave and she comes over to me.

"You ready to meet everyone? I have a son your age and a cute little puppy named Bubbles. You will really like them both. Let me help you with your luggage" she says and goes to get my bags. Deb seems like a fun person. I think I'm going to like staying here.
