Justin was about to kick her when someone pulled him back and made him stumble on the floor. No, it was not Emily.

Justin looked up. He frowned.

-Who the fuck are you?, yelled the boy.

-None of your business. Leave her alone., said the person firmly.

-Fuck no. I'm gonna kill you and then I'll kill her., said Justin getting up.

-I have the police's phone number ready. Make one move towards either of us and I'll press the button., warned the person.

Justin looked at the two and clenched his jaw.

-This isn't over., said Justin, looking at Olivia who was still on the floor.

Once he was gone, the person turned their attention to Olivia. They helped her up. Olivia was clearly confused.

-I saw him follow you as I was on my way to my locker. I followed him and when I saw that you were in trouble, I took action., explained the girl.

-Who are you?, wondered Olivia.

-Sofia. I'm Sofia Wylie., replied the brunette.

-Well, Sofia, thank you so much. I don't know how I should thank you., smiled the older girl.

-No need to. I did the only logical thing. I prevented you from getting hurt. I find it stupid when people hurt other people just for fun., explained the girl.

-We should get back to class., said Olivia, finding the girl quite odd.

-Yes., nodded Sofia as she turned around and walked back to the building's entrance.

Olivia followed her, not saying a word. They went back to class like nothing happened, and Justin was once again glaring at Olivia. The class went by pretty quick though, once she focused on her drawing. After the class, she speed-walked out of the classroom, trying to find Emily. Olivia finally saw the brunette and basically ran up to her, hugging her. Emily automatically accepted the hug and hugged her back. Of course the younger girl was confused so she pulled away from the hug and looked at her girlfriend.

-Liv?, said the brunette.

-Yeah?, replied Olivia, avoiding the Emily's gaze.

-Talk to me., frowned Emily as she noticed her girlfriend's weird behavior.

-Justin...He-, started Olivia.

-Where is he? Where is that motherf-, tried the younger girl as she got pretty angry.

-Stop. He didn't- He wasn't able to hurt me. Someone intervened., replied Olivia quickly.

-Who?, frowned Emily, looking at her girlfriend.

-Sofia? I think that was her name. I don't know. I had never seen her before that., shrugged the older girl as she finally looked at Emily.

-Wait, is she like this tall? Had a denim jacket on? Nike shoes?, asked Emily as she tried to figure out if it was her.

-Yes? How do you know?, wondered Olivia, her turn to frown.

-We met today., shrugged Emily.

-She's sweet. And she saved my life. If she hadn't shown up, I don't know how bad that would have ended., sighed the older girl, being done with Justin's bullshit.

-Babe, I'm sorry I wasn't there., apologized Emily, as she already felt guilty.

-Em, don't apologize for something you can't control. You couldn't have guessed that he'd show up, follow me out of the building and drag me to an empty alley., sighed Olivia, trying to calm her girlfriend.

-He what? Oh, he's fucking dead., said Emily as she clenched her jaw and looked around, trying to find that bald asshole.

-Em, stop that. I don't want you to get in trouble. I don't want you to get detention. Please., sighed the older brunette, grabbing her girlfriend's hand gently, rubbing her thumb on it.

-Fine. But if I happen to cross him, then that's not on me., said Emily, now looking down at her girlfriend.

-Don't do anything stupid. That's literally all I ask for., said Olivia.

-Okay. I won't. I promise., swore the younger girl, looking Olivia in the eyes, showing her that she meant it.

-Good. Now, I'll see you later at lunch. I love you., smiled Olivia lightly as she pecked Emily's lips quickly.

-Yes love., smiled Emily, but pulling her back.

She leaned in and kissed her softly. Olivia smiled into the kiss but then pulled away. Emily smirked.

-You know, my parents are not home this afternoon., said the younger girl.

-Mhm, that'll be just perfect., nodded Olivia, smiling brightly.

- Perfect indeed., replied Emily with the same smirk.

-Perfect for homework., said Olivia, turning around and walking away.

Emily pouted but didn't say anything. She walked to class and saw Anne. The blonde girl walked up to her.

-Have you thought about it?, asked the girl with her french accent.

-Hm?, hummed Emily confused.

-Are you gonna partner up with me or not?, elaborated the blonde girl with a chuckle, finding her confusion amusing.

-Oh. I don't know yet. I'll text you this afternoon, yeah?, replied the brunette, who had totally forgotten about that whole thing.

She then saw the savior walk in. Sofia. The girl noticed that Emily was looking at her so she looked back. Emily got up and walked over to her.

-I just wanted to thank you., said the grinder, meaning it.

-For what?, frowned the younger girl quite confused by Emily.

-You saved my girlfriend from her stalker., explained the brunette, realizing that she should have precised it from the start.

-Oh, yeah. No worries. He was acting weird so I followed him and saw him treating your girlfriend pretty badly. I had to do something and help. So I did., replied Sofia with now a little smile.

-Still. Thank you. Truly., thanked the older girl yet again.

-You're welcome., nodded Sofia, now looking down and opening her book as the teacher walked in.

Emily quickly walked back to her seat and sat down. She grabbed her book out of her backpack.

-Turn to page 78 please., said the teacher, his book already open for the lesson to start.
