Shoto Todoroki: major bully, reason has a huge crush on Roxy and is slightly obsessive he believes he is protecting her. He doesn't care if she is hurt as he thinks he is right, believes that he will end up marrying her she she only loves him and will forgive him no matter what.
Sakura Todoroki: major bully, reason is that she felt pressured into doing it she also has a slight ego and feels annoyed by Roxy trying to be a hero.
Denki Kaminari: slight bully, the reason is that he doesn't have much friends due to his quirk making him dumb, so he doesn't want to lose his only friends who do pressure him into it stating that they will end their friendship if he doesn't.
