Chapter eleven -  November weather

Atsumu's POV:

"I'll come home later I promise hiro, I'll be back before ya know it", I say while kissing my crying nephew on the cheek.

"Ring if ya need a ride back", osamu says as he takes the crying koshiro away from his strong grip on my legs. I shake my head at him and say, "no I'll make my own way home tonight, ya need ta sleep, your bags under ya eyes are not attractive at all".

My twin gave a stern look and I sent him one right back to let him know I'm not joking either, "fine just... just be careful", osamu managed to get out as he practically wrestled koshiro who was trying to claw his way to me.

"I will, see ya hiro I love you", I said as I waved goodbye to my brother and nephew.

I get my phone out and read the time, 6:25pm, Sakusa's house is only a twenty minute bus ride away, so I'll have plenty of time.

I wrap my scarf tightly around my neck and quickly fix my beanie as it was messed up by hiro, I hate leaving the apartment when osamu is alone with koshiro.

I just don't like it when he's all alone, me and my brother bicker a lot, like a lot, but that doesn't mean I don't love him unconditionally.

I just want him to be happy, and as much as he try's to show it, he's not. And it's not like we have anyone to fall back onto, We haven't seen my family ever since they found out samu knocked some women up.

The only support system he has is my friends and me, he's always busy with his restaurant, which is going really well, but he's just not happy.

I'm not saying that koshiro is the reason for osamu being this way, because the only times I see osamu really smile is because of his son.

I just hope he finds someone who can look after him and honestly just show him to have fun again, because I miss the happy osamu, I miss all the laughs we used to have with each other.

Where he just used to smile at everything, now I just wait for one proper smile from him, to show me my brother is still in there.

As I get to the bus stop that's around the corner from our apartment I get a chatsnap come though from oikawa. I smile and open it up to see a selfie from oikawa with sugawara, kiyoko, semi and a bored looking tsukishima in the background.

The caption read 'missing you already', I smile into my scarf and go into the message section and type back 'miss you all more'.

I put my phone into my coat pocket and just sit in the November cold, I love the cold weather, I just really like it when you can bundle up to get all cozy and warm in your bed, and don't even get me started on when it starts to snow.

As I'm just thinking about where I could take koshiro sledging when it starts snowing soon, my bus pulls up.

I give the bus driver my money and collected my ticket, sit near the front as I'll have to get off in a few stops.

I get comfortable in my seat and send a quick text to komori to tell him I'll be there soon, I put my phone back into my pocket and just wait until I have to get off.

As I'm fixing up my tie I get a message notification, I look at my iwatch to see it's atsumu who has messaged.

I smile knowing he'll be here soon, I haven't actually told sakusa that I've asked atsumu to come and babysit for us, he just knows I've sorted out one.

He's been coming up with excuses not to message atsumu all week, 'I'm busy', 'he might be busy', 'I don't want to bother him', shit like that.

So I've taken it into my own hands and asked atsumu come babysit for us, god I can't wait to see his face when I tell him it's going to be priceless.
