June- The thing about birthdays is that everything should go right, well at least on that one day. And so far today has been perfect. Unlike this stupid little kid who had his birthday at the beginning of the year. He said his was horrible. No one rememberesd his.. well no one except me.. I always had a soft spot for him but I couldn't tell him. He was a nerd.. a freak.. stupid and dorky, but cute, nice, sweet, and funny. But that was up until 9th grade...
Flashback
Kaisi P.O.V-
I walked in the front door.. It was loud, and that was an understatement. I walked up to Liam.. he was my best friend..and i loved him. But not like that. I could never do anything to hurt him and I knew he wouldn't do anything either. I hugged him. He hugged me back immediately, as usual.
"Hey Li. What's all this noise about?"
"I don't know love, but either way,Lou is in the middle of it. And that's not right for a dorky person like him. Wait sorry!! I didn't mean that. I know you like him so I'm sorry about saying that."
"No it's okay Li. But it obviously isn't good if he is in it. Let's go check it out."
"Kay love."
I walked up to the circle. i suddenly heard what they were chanting. "Lou,Lou,Lou"
I looked at Louis. He looked soo happy. Then he looked at me. I asked if I could talk to him alone. He said yes.
We wallked over to the corner. Our corner.
"Hey Louis. Umm what's up today? Why is everyone chanting your name??"
"You didn't hear?? Yesterday Harry dared me to try out for the football (soccer) team and I made it!! Isn't that great!?!??!'
"Yeah Louis, it's amazayn(amazing)!!
But I wasn't happy. I knew what was gonna happen. He was going to become a jerk like Josh. And I cared too much about him.
I walked back over to Liam. He saw I looked sad. Ad he knew something was wrong. He always knew when something was wrong. That's the way it worked with me and Liam. We never kept anything from each other. Ever.
"Hey Kaisi, what's wrong?"
"N-N-Nothing. Just that Louis is going to become a big fucking jerk and I don't wanna see him like that. It's going to change him. I don't want it to. Not like Josh."
Then with that I walked away.

But today was my day. And everything was going to be perfect. Absolutely everything. Wanna know why? Because today, I was 16. And I was having my Sweet 16. Sure, it was only going to be me, Liam, Mia, and Danielle(not Peazer), but they are my best friends. And I can't think of anything better.

We arrived home from school. We all rode the same bus. Except Liam. Because he had his own car. Ugh lucky butthole. But that didn't matter. Becuase i already knew I was going to get one. As soon as I could pass my drivers test.
"So Kaisi what are we doing today?" Mia asked
"Yeah seriously I wanna know. Oh is Liam going to be here? Please please PLEASE tell me you invited him here!!!" Danielle said.
"Oh god. Here we go again. Yes I invited him. He is my best friend. That doesn't mean you can go run off with him in the middle of the night though. And Mia were probably gonna go skating then eat then hom and watch movies all night."
I thought for a few minutes. Danielle always talked about Liam. She always wanted to be with him. But I didn't know if he knew. And I wasn't going to tell him.

After we came home from skating and eating, as I suspected,we watched movies. Then the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it!!" I sang.
Nope!!! I have a surprise for you and it should be at the door now!!" Liam practiocally jumped over the couch to run to the door. When he opened I realised what he was talking about.
