Name of Tribe: Rattlewing
Reason for name of tribe: They have Rattles on their tails.

Descriptions:

Rattlewings have curved horns, which go down farther than their heads. These horns are used mostly as a final resort weapon when they can do nothing else. Otherwise, they just look cool and complete the look. You can't see their ears (Like birds, turtles, and other animals) as they are auriculars. However, they can hear very well! Better than the other tribes by FAR. Rattlewings have no eyes, they have a bump instead. Some Rattlewings have eye-like markings where their eyes could be, but this is uncommon. Rattlewings have long, lithe bodies and very long spines that prick when they concentrate. They have under scales coming from the bottom of their tails to the top of their neck.  The tips of their tails have rattles that make a lot of sound, depending on how hard they rattle them. This is the best way they understand the world around them, as they use echolocation. (They use sounds to know what's around them by bouncing sound waves.) Rattlewing's have antennae like the Silkwings, but much more powerful. When trying to visualize a scene, their antennae shake.

Royalty:

Rattlewings are a very new civilization, and as of now, they have not progressed enough to have a royal family. In fact, they only have leaders for the villages and towns. These are called chiefs. There are too many to list.

Accessories:

Rattlewings never ever wear any accessories. That is, of course, unless they are given by another dragon.

Culture:

Rattlewings, as I've already explained, are very new in the whole 'civilization gig.' They live in small villages, and rarely towns. Usually, they are populated by two or three families only.

(Although, they are not so closely knit.)

When they were less modern, Rattlewings had almost no relation to each other. Males never stayed with the females and the eggs, after around five months, mothers abandoned their young, and siblings literally tried to kill each other once they hatch.

(That will be explained in the dragonet tab.)

Now,  Rattlewings mostly communicate with nonverbal cues, predominantly their rattles, which, depending on how intensely they are shaken, in what way they are shaken, and when they are shaken. As a rule of thumb, the more violently the rattles are shaken, the more violent the Rattlewing feels.

Dragonets:

Rattlewing eggs try to accomplish a lot.  They try to blend in, be easy to drag around and be offensive at the same time. The Rattlewing eggs are all covered with small spikes, making them uncomfortable to eat. The eggs have two larger Spikes at the very top, making it relatively easy to hold. The strange thing, however, is their color. When first laid, the egg is a light gray, however, taking a color that surrounds it. Not only does the egg change color, but the dragonet too. Meaning, if you wanted a hot pink Rattlewing, just wrap it in a hot pink cloth.   The egg hatches in two or three months.

Rattlewing dragonets give off a scent that's irresistible to Rattlewing mothers. This keeps orphans off the streets because a female Rattlewing will pretty often just adopt them from instincts. This isn't even weird or strange! Not just that, sometimes female Rattlewings will just fluffing find a child that isn't supervised and just... takes it. Although, if the child protests, it will be considered kidnapping, and no longer acceptable. However, it doesn't matter if the mother protests! Rattlewings are not wild beasts, still, and will usually give back the child if the mother says anything.

When they turn 5 years old, the scent wears off.

Abilities:

Rattlewings are very strong, and can basically see through walls since they will pick up any sound, smell, or vibration.

Home/Territory:

Rattlewings live in small towns, and they have basically no territory. They mostly just hang out in untaken territories. The only territory they have is the biggest forest on the continent(Which happens to be one of the only forests!) And they don't have the whole thing, just a little.
