Kurai didn't know what to think or say when he saw Kageyama get inside with a bleeding person in her arms. "Touko-san! What- Who- When-" he tried to ask, but the words were getting stuck in his throat.

"Kurai, I know, but I'll answer your questions later! For now, we need to treat him!" she told him. The shifter nodded, quickly putting a futon on the floor. Laying Emalf there, the setter quickly started healing him. Even though she couldn't heal him completely, at least the major injurie wasn't a threat now.

"Can you pass me the first-aid kit?" she asked. Kurai didn't even need to hear the whole question, as he already had the med-kit right next to him. She was quickly handed the box.

"Where did you even find this person?" the shifter questioned.

"He's a demon from the Flame World, but his comrade betrayed him." she answered. Kurai froze. What?! One of Kageyama's enemies?! Then why would she bring him here!? He was definitely going to question her after she finished. 'She's crazy sometimes.' he thought.

When the setter finished healing Emalf, the shifter had pulled her aside, to a corner of the room. He needed answers. "Why would you bring one of your enemies here?!" Kurai demanded.

"Isn't it obvious? He was stabbed by his own ally." she stated, crossing her arms below her chest.

"Yeah, I get that. But what if it was all planned?!" the shifter retorted. He was fuming mad.

"It wasn't. I can tell you. I could see the shock and betrayal in his eyes." she remarked. Kurai exhaled. All of this was too much for his brain to process.

"I'm going to sleep. Good night." he sighed, turning into his crow form. He flew to his small bed, settling himself before going to sleep. The black haired girl shook her head. 'Sorry Kurai... But I need him alive.' she thought. For now, she needed to go to sleep, because she had an important exam tomorrow.

"I'll be going now. Remember Kurai, I need him here, alive. I have some questions for him to answer." Kageyama reminded the shifter.

"Yeah, yeah. I know. I won't strangle him." the crow groaned, rolling his eyes. The setter threw on a jersey.

"I'll be back after I finish the exam

"I'll be back after I finish the exam. Do you want me to get you something from the store?" the setter asked. Kurai shook his head to the sides. Waving goodbye, the black haired girl left the house. The shifter flopped on the bed. He didn't understand why she would decide to help her enemy. It didn't make any sense to him. He glanced at the sleeping demon beside him. He looked so peaceful, and quiet. He could easily eliminate him right here. His eyes darkened slightly. He slowly reached out his hand, which were shaking. He slowly placed them around Emalf's neck.

"So... So vulnerable... Do you realize that I could kill you right here... Right now?" he whispered, his voice held a dangerous tone. He then remembered Kageyama's words.

"I need him here, alive. I have some questions for him to answer."

The shifter clicked his tongue. He backed his hands away from the demon's neck. He wanted to help Kageyama, he really did! But he had different methods than the setter did. At least, that's what life taught him.

Iwaizumi paced back and forth. Right now, Aoba Johsai was having a break from all the matches they played in their training camp. "Sasatoki? No, that school doesn't have a volleyball team... Sashitano? Nope, they're a bunch of stuck-up assholes, and Kageyama doesn't like those tyhpe of people... Shikaen? Nope, also doesn't have a volleyball team..." she mumbled, as if she was trying to figure out the code to a bomb that was going to explode. And, as you could tell, it was stressing her out. As well as creeping out the others.

"Iwa-chan, you're creeping me out!" Oikawa whined.

"SHUT UP OIKAWA!" she shouted, annoyed. Everyone flinched at the shout. Iwaizumi had been... quite aggresive for the past days. And yet they didn't know why. All they knew was that she was muttering school names.

"I-Iwaizumi-senpai, I think you should calm down..." Yahaba stammered, scared. Iwaizumi clenched her fists in a ball before nodding. She was penting up her anger, and she knew it. She was afraid of releasing it on her teammates. Both her and Oikawa knew it well. The ace left the gym, needing fresh air.

"Oikawa, are you also ok? You seem to space out sometimes..." Watari pointed out. The captain flinched, and everyone noticed.

"Yup! Totally fine, Watari-chan! Don't worry about it!" he shook it off, smiling. The others looked at each other in concern. What was he hiding from them?

"You know, I'm not good with sappy stuff, but if you need to talk, you can tell us." Matsukawa spoke. The others nodded, making Oikawa smile.

"I know you guys! But trust me, I'm alright. I'm just thinking about stuff." he trailed off, rubbing the back of his head. Just then, they heard a scream coming from outside, scaring everyone.

"W-What was that?!" Kindaichi squeaked, afraid. Oikawa's stomach started churning. He had a feeling. A really, really bad feeling. His feet moved on his own as he ran towards the door, ignoring the others calling for him.
