Prisoner #1 paced their cell, a large, glass-like cube. Their ever present smile taunted the Hydra soldiers guarding the outside. Prisoner #1 knew that, if the soldiers could get to them, they would do so in a heartbeat. They hated Prisoner #1. And they hated the soldiers. But it was only a matter of time till they found a way out.
It wasn't always like this. Prisoner #1 used to be something else, but they could not remember what. All they knew was they were now a monster, almost fully made of gamma radiation. They could change their form to that of a night colored creature that had white eyes. Its fur reflected stars all over. They took to calling this form Star-Thief.
The cell was made that specific way so that anyone on guard could see everything that Prisoner #1, or Star-Thief, was doing.
They weren't called Prisoner #1 because they were the first prisoner - far from it- but rather because they were the most dangerous. Prisoner #1 wanted a name, but could not remember any names. They had tried asking the Hydra soldiers their names, but, again, they hated Prisoner #1. They would glare at Prisoner #1 and walk away or turn their backs.
They would often turn into Star-Thief just to find a comfortable way to sleep. There was no bed provided in the cell, leaving them to sleep on the floor.
Their life was lonely and cold. Their world even more so. That is, until they gained a new cellmate.
