Ahn Chaerin was the second child to, Vogue international management operator, Andrew Carson (also known as Somsak Leechaipornkul) and former pianist and theatre actress Ahn Chae-yun (Also known as Cecilia Carson). She has two other siblings, an older brother, Ahn Hyunbin (aka James Carson) and a younger sister, Ahn Hyunmi (aka Shanon Carson).
