Quirk Description: The quirk lets the user control anything technological and electronical. Override also lets the user hypnotize people.
Quirk Ability's: 1-Tech Control: Grants the user the ability to control, hack and/or manipulate anything technological and electronical.
2-Hypnosis: Override lets the user hypnotize anyone with additory and/or visual stimuli. (Whenever the user tray's to hypnotize someone, the person will act like nothing is happening even if the user tacks control of the electronical device and changes the video, music and/or app to tray to hypnotize the person.)
