The 4ngel organization was made to protect every angel that exists, mainly because all of them are too powerful to exist among the other species, and in return, other species threaten to hurt them, to cut off their wings and hang as a design in their marble floored homes, or to strip off ever single feather to make a welcome carpet on their front doors.
The organization started centuries ago, but as years passed, the angels they take in became lesser, from millions to thousands.
In fear that the angels were being killed, they became more strict. Setting up rules such as to never make contact with any other species- witches, wolves, or humans.
And that no one should ever know where they are, or that they exist.
If you wish to leave the 4ngel organization, you'll have to give them one of your wings.
The other will be left behind as a symbol and reminder of what you once were, and what you could've become.
Those rules remained strong as no one dared to leave and have the only thing that protects them stripped away.
Of course, that was until Jeonghan fearlessly offered his right wing in exchange for his freedom.
Until Seungcheol, three years later, knocks on Jeonghan's door asking for him to be the one to cut his wing off.
