Gabriel's POV

I woke up. I saw Elle tossing and turning. I knew she wasn't awake so I pulled down the covers and saw tears streaming down her face. I quickly tapped her faster and faster so she would wake up. Chantelle shot herself up very terrified. She stares at me as if she doesn't know me.

"Elle" I said as I put my hand on top of hers.
"W-w-what are you doing?! Who are you?!" She shouts. She took her hand off mine and started hitting me.
"Calm down. Calm down Elle"
"DONT TOUCH ME YOU PERVERT!!" She yells making echos travel the room.

Three nurses rushed in the room. Two of them held her down and one of them gave her a needle shot. Chantelle started drifting off to sleep. The nurses told me to stay away from her because she was in some kind of a trauma. I obeyed and dragged myself outside of the room waiting for her doctor to come to me and explain what has happened.

::::::::

A doctor was walking down the hall and seemed like he was looking for someone. He spotted me and started hurrying. He stopped right when he got to me. He held up his clipboard.

"Are you Chantelle Adams' guardian or relative?" He asks.
"Boyfriend doc" I corrected.
He nods.
"I'm afraid to say that Chantelle has a slight case of retrograde amnesia" he informed.
"Pardon?" I ask.
Well sorry I don't know these fancy names. I really thought it was just amnesia where you forget but what in the actual fuck is retrograde amnesia?! I need to know. My girlfriend fucking has it!
"It is when a person is disabled to recall past events and previous familiar information" he explains.
"WAIT WHAT?!" I yell. I lost my temper. Who wouldn't after knowing that your girlfriend may or may not remember any past memories with you!
"Calm down sir. We have other patients here too" he tried calming me. I couldn't.
"Let me see her! NOW" I demanded.
"I can't let you sir. She is still trying to recover from her trauma" he says walking away.

I found my self unstable and fell on the bench. Thats it. She can't remember.
