Danielle had taken a few days off work and acting lessons while she was recovering from the incident, allowing her time to heal and rest her body. Doctors orders. Plus, she hadn't really given herself any free time since moving to the city. She was always so keen to keep learning and gathering any experience she could to improve her odds of making it big time. It was the perfect opportunity to explore to her own leisure. First thing on her list, was following upon the request of witnessing her fellow roommates performances. There was a show on tonight. The brunette gave the blonde a ticket for a front row seat - one of the best seats in house. Reserved for family and friends only.

Her Majesty's Theatre was based in the centre of London. Although London was an extremely pretty place to live, the centre was always chaotic. Opting to ride an Uber to the destination, instead of catching the underground trains. They were always packed like sardines in a tin. Rain had subsided for the meantime, returning to an overcast state, white clouds filling the sky. Peering out of the car window, viewing the hustle and bustle of the city. Stefania and Barratt had left much earlier than herself, to prepare for the night ahead.

Standing outside of the venue, the tall building blending in with the rest of the street. Once entering she notices the stunning architecture laced on all of the walls, golden columns cascading throughout the open room. Beautiful pieces of artwork etched into the ceilings. Carefully gliding her finger across the walls, feeling every single detail.

The lights dim slightly as she takes her seat, holding onto a bottled water in one hand, and her handbag clutched between her feet on the floor. The people sat next to her offer more space, allowing room for her casted arm to rest next to her. Smiling as the curtains begin to open.

Low music enters the theatre, setting the scene for the entire play, smoke rising from the ground. Angelic voices erupting the stage, swirling people dancing from left to right. The energy in the theatre uplifting as they applaud the opening scenes. Danielle taps her thighs in excitement, eager to see her roommates.

After a couple of wonderful scenes, the brunette takes her place, twirling in her dress around the floor. Danielle suddenly feeling very proud of the Italian. Equally proud when she sees the brunette opening her mouth to sing a gorgeous ballad, moving ever so elegantly around the floor. Danielle should have really known she was this talented. Barratt takes stage, breaking through the curtains, chiming in with her angelic voice, harmonising with the brunette. Everyone in the audience was enthralled by their display. So many minutes pass by and they exit the stage with grace, finishing their scenes.

The production comes to an end, curtains dropping to the floor. Actors and actresses stepping out onto the front of the stage. Hand-in-hand they bow their heads to the applauses broadcasting from the audience. Smiles beaming across the entire room. It was a fantastic performance from the cast. Danielle stands up from her seat, clapping with one hand against the side of her thigh. Directly aiming the praise to Stefania and Barratt. Connecting briefly with the brunette who lays her eyes on her. Stefania swore she could've felt the room stand still with the blonde standing out from the crowd, looking beautiful as her face beams.

Not long after the applauses, everyone clears the theatre. Danielle stays seated until she heard her name being called from one of the side doors. "Danielle! What did you think?"

Empty chairs and scattered litter are the only things left in the theatre as Danielle follows Stefania into the backstage rooms. "You were honestly amazing-" Quickly embracing each other in congratulations. "The production was fantastic!"

Stefania dips behind a curtain in the rehearsal room, undressing herself from the outfit, flinging the dress over the tops of the lowered walls. "I'm glad you enjoyed it-" The Italian says while jumping into her blue-washed jeans. Danielle patiently sits on one of the stools besides the changing room stall. "Did you want to go get a drink?"

Stefania leads them both to a quiet cocktail bar not too far from the theatre. Pink neon signs directing them into the main room of the venue, music blaring through the speakers, inching louder and louder the further they get into the room. Danielle leans on the counter, waiting for the bartender to take their order. Observing the drinks in the background.

"What can I get you both?" He says, flicking a strand of brown hair out of his tired grey eyes.

"We'll have two strawberry daiquiris, please,"

"Bella, you don't have to get mine!" Stefania chimes in over the music, placing a small hand on the blondes waist, her mouth a few inches away from her ear.

"You deserve it! You were amazing today," Danielle smiles while handing cash to the bartender. "Besides, you've done so much for me, it's the very least I can do for you,"

Walking over to a quiet spot in the building where they could actually hear one another talk over the music. The playlist featuring a variety of top hits; attracting young people into the venue. Sliding into the booth seats opposite one another. Stefania pushes the cocktail in front of Danielle, allowing her to pick it up in her free hand. Sipping on the ice cold beverage, sweetness hitting her tongue. She liked sweet things. The alcohol warming her stomach. The brunette sips her drink slowly, licking her lips in satisfaction as she places the glass back down onto the wooden table.

"So where are you originally from?" Stefania asks Danielle; curious to know the blonde a little better. They hadn't really had the chance to do the small talk but alcohol plus a beautiful girl - what could go wrong?

"Well..." Danielle takes another sip, allowing the alcohol to go down before speaking again. "My family are currently in Los Angeles. That's where my childhood home is. I miss it a lot but I'll be going home in a couple of months. What about you?"

Stefania observes the blonde in front her. "I'm from a small village in Sicily, Italy. But maybe one day I could go to Los Angeles. Land of opportunities... you know," A chuckle leaves her tongue. The Italian is used to living in the moment, not worrying to much about the future, keen to see where life takes her. Danielle could see her living in LA performing in front of thousand of people every night. She would be in her element.

Stefania and Danielle order a few more drinks, sinking further into the night. The atmosphere of the bar has picked up, people were dancing in the middle of the room. Swirling in and out of the tables and chairs. Singing their lungs out to the songs playing through the speakers. The girls exchange a few more questions about each other but it wasn't long until they found the dance floor. Danielle being extra careful to protect her arm from the crowd. They settle for dancing on the sidelines, away from the drunken movements.

"I love this song!" Stefania yells, unaware of the volume of her voice, swaying her hips to the melody. Driving her hands through her brown hair, lost completely in the music. Danielle admires her, watching her hips move to the sounds, giggling whilst twirling round.

"Dance with me," Stefania repeats, singing to her favourite song slightly slurring her words. A complete difference to the angelic voice she heard earlier. It was fun.

The brunette holds out her hand, expecting the blonde to gracefully accept, which she does. Pulling her closer to her body so Stefania can rest a hand on her hip. Heat radiating off the gentle touch, enough to make the blondes cheeks burn with redness. She could thankfully pass as the alcohol taking effect. They both sway their bodies together with the beat of the music. Inching fingers across her waist. Homing in on how a simple touch could send butterflies to Danielles stomach. She suddenly felt very aware of how nervous she feels around Stefania. Danielle uses her spare hand to reciprocate the touch, leaving her hand on the brunettes hip moving it back and forth across her curves. Normally she wouldn't of had the courage but with liquid confidence running through her veins, she felt on top of the world. Complete ecstasy.

"I should probably get you home," Stefania breathes into her ear, low and steady. Moving a strand of hair out of the blondes eyes. "We don't want you breaking any more of your bones now, do we?" Chuckling as she breaks their closeness, picking up their purses off the table. Offering an arm to Danielle, in aid of steadying her balance as they both stumble out of the bar and onto the dark streets of London.
