Fall started to come around the corner you were cleaning around Marie's store finishing up some touches here and there that was until she came in. You and both had a really good relationship as friends but some days you started to feel as if butterflies wanted to explode out of you (IDK what I'm doing anymore sleep-deprived 🏃♀️) but she noticed and decided to tease you about it here and there, most of the time she kissed you on the cheek and the forehead but as soon as she turned a corner you squealed about it.
But this day was different you finally decided to tell her so you made her way to the back and there she was sitting outside practicing her voodoo.
"Hey Marie, I have uh to tell you something"
She mentioned you to sit by her and you did you pulled up a chair and sat next to her
"So what did you want to speak about my dear?"
"I um really like you and I understand if you don't" after you said that you practically started blabbering and that made her roll her eyes
She grabbed you by the collar of your shirt and pulled you in to kiss your lips
"There hope that answers your question dear"
