Darkness had engulfed her. She was barely able to move. Her head stung and pain rolled down towards her spine. She could taste mud, sweat and blood at the tip of her tongue — not just her blood she realized. Her head spun as she tried with all her might to recollect what had happened.
Blood, bodies, broken weapons, stained clothes were all she could see. Terror struck her. They had been attacked. She had never seen the attackers earlier. They had fought , together. Her friends — where were they? Were they alive? Al... Where was Al? Fear caught her throat. Chills ran down her spine. Al , her bestfriend, the love of herlife, where was he? She had been so distracted by the fight that she hadn't been able to look at him for one last time.
She could still hear screams. Warm blood splashed on her face as she slayed the enemies. And then there was a blast. Silence followed it. She was on the ground, a fierce pain ran throughout her body. She tried to open her eyes and look around. Through her blurry eyes she could see a man approaching ... brown pointed boots was all she could see. She struggled to look up at the man. But all that followed was darkness.
Now she was at this unknown place, unable to move or sit. She didnt know where her friends were or where Al was. She tried to scream ,only a low squeak came out of her. She could hear some rustling at a distance . She wanted to run. But she couldnt stand. She crawled towards the corner as she heard foot steps approaching. The gates rattled .
She saw the same brown boots approaching towards her. And suddenly a familiar voice said "Hello Lore darling!" Stunned, Lore looked up and her jaw dropped at the sight.
