Chapter 2

As I look at the time on my watch I notice that it's well past the time in which my parents would usually be home by now, so I guess it's time to go looking. As I walk down the stairs I start looking through the house I go to the living room, no one is in there.

As I walk into the kitchen I notice that there's a note sitting on the bench right next to some cash.

Dear Willow

We have gone on a surprise holiday to Hawaii we will be there for 3 weeks and then we will be staying with a family friend in Paris for two weeks after that please don't bother us.

I have put $7000 into your account since we will be gone four or five weeks make sure you behave.

You are to have no one over at all. We expect that the house will be left clean and that when we come home it is exactly the way we left it.

You are to continue going to school, If we find any reason to believe that you were skipping or misbehaving in school there will be repercussions.

All homework is to be done immediately after you return from school, have dinner at 7.00 and go to bed at 9.00.

Before you go to sleep make sure that all of the windows and doors are securely locked and turn all the lights off, no need to waste money on a large electrical bill

see you in five weeks

Oh fan fucking tastic they just so happened to leave me alone for five weeks, at a time where there is who knows how many people are out to get me. Fine. In that case hello freedom.

"Hello, Petes Pizzas how may I help you?"

As I listen to the guy on the other end my mind starts to wander but I'm quickly brought back by the sound of the boy on the line practically screaming at me.

"MAM, MAM are you there, listen if this is one of those damn prank calls so help me god I will get the police to track this call and you will be fined."

"YES I heard you, I'm pretty sure china could hear you, I would like one barbeque pizza with extra bacon and one margarita pizza thanks"

"ok, is that delivery or pickup?"

"That would be delivery thanks; the address is 4138 Whites place"

"Ok Mam we'll see you soon"

With that I hung up, time to go have a shower,

As I plod up the stairs I cant help but drag my feet I feel as though I have a bag or bricks hanging from each of my shoulders.

As I slowly step into the shower so that I don't slip I make sure that it's not too hot before I immerse myself completely under the luke warm water.

I let the water pummel my shoulders and I feel all the stress from today wash away with the soap suds, its only when I'm about to climb out that I notice there's a very large yellow bruise forming on my right hip bone.

Well just great no wearing just quick slip on's for a while. I quickly wrap myself in a towel and dry myself slipping into my underwear and some shorts then putting on my grey sports bra, that's when I hear my destiny calling.

"PIZZA DELIVERY"

The delivery guy yells from the door as I run down the stairs slipping on the water from my feet I hit my head on the corner of the wall.

"Shit"

I grab the money from the side table near the door where I chucked it when I went to shower and whip the door open.
