Seeing Kyler tremble in shock and pain, agad akong lumapit sa kanya at hinawakan ng mahigpit ang kamay niya. The pain was really obvious now in his eyes, at makita pa lang ang mga mata niya… sapat na iyon para masaktan ako.

"You're alive all along?" nahihirapang tanong ni Kyler.

Mahinang tumawa si Alyaena nang bumaba ang tingin nito sa magkahawak naming kamay. Kalaunan ay agad siyang nag angat ng tingin sa kapatid niya.

I was the one who commanded them to kill her parents because I knew that… they were the one who raped me before, and they deserve to be killed. Kinuyom ko ang kamao ko at agad na lumapit sa kanya para hilahin ang buhok niya nang bigla akong pinigilan ni Kyler.
