Taking confident strides down the corridor, class president Kang Taehyun, made his way to the principles office. It wasn't anything new to Taehyun, he was basically there every other day. Being the schools golden child, he had way more responsibilities than any other regular, class president, but he didn't mind this; it all looked good on his resume.

Once arriving, he exchanged polite smiles with the admin staff, before heading right in to see the principle. He took his comfortable place across from the man, fixing his blazer as he sat down.

"Good morning Taehyun." The man said.

"Good morning Principle Bang, what can I do for you this morning?" Taehyun replied.

Reaching over to a pile of paperwork on his desk, the man grabbed one, skimming what was written on it. "I need you to do me a favour."

Leaning forward attentively, Taehyun payed close attention.

"The school's going through budget cuts, this means I've been tasked with sorting out our finances. When I was doing my research, I noticed that we have a lot of clubs. That is going to have to change." Principle Bang continued.

"Sir, if I may, clubs are the heart of the student body. Without them, how are the students meant to express themselves?" With both hands clasped together, Taehyun fought against the mans idea.

"I see your point, but I don't think you understand what I mean. Taehyun, there are so many clubs at this school, with barely any members. It's just wasting our budget." Principle Bang hands Taehyun the piece of paper. "I've compiled a list of all these clubs, I need you to pay them a visit."

Glancing down the list, Taehyun gulped. It would surely take all day to visit this many clubs. "What do you want me to tell them?" He asked.

"That if they aren't at full capacity by the end of the week, they must disband." The man said sharply, it didn't seem to faze him much.

With a firm nod, Taehyun leaves the room. He dreaded upsetting his fellow students, but this was his job. He couldn't say no to Principle Bang, he was helping him secure his future. The right hand man to the principle, that would look incredible on his university application.

Nearing the end of the day, Taehyun crossed off the second to last club, leaving only one more.

Taehyun wasn't sure he had come to the right room, all the lights were off. This club did only have one member, the boy thought that possibly the person just hadn't come today. Peering through the little glass window, Taehyun squints his eyes, searching the empty science lab. That's when he spots him, a shadowy figure sitting by the window.

With a sturdy grip, Taehyun swung open the door. He immediately, switched on the light, illuminating the room. The boy was sat upon a desk, knees up to his chest, leaning against the window. He had curly, dark brown hair, and was wearing a beige teddy bear jumper over his uniform. Taehyun didn't recognize him.

"I assume you're the leader of 'The Dinosaur Club', Am I correct?" Taehyun questioned, plastering a charming smile across his face.

The boy scoffed, and rolled his eyes. "It depends who's asking." He mumbles.

"Kang Taehyun, class president." Taehyun takes a few steps closer, reaching out his hand towards the boy.

"You're not my class president." The boy ignores Taehyun's introductory gesture. He jumps down from the desk, tucking his hands into his pockets, and walks to the door.

Noticing that the boy was about to leave, Taehyun sprints to the door, blocking the exit. "I need to speak to the singular member of 'The Dinosaur Club', it's urgent."

"Fine, what is it?" He sighs.

"The principle is doing a total reckon of the schools clubs. He only wants the most popular ones to remain, so it looks like this club will have to disband." Taehyun grits his teeth, delivering the bad news. He had been doing this all day, but it hadn't got any easier.

"Do I have to? Isn't there a way I can keep the club?" The boy asked, sitting on the edge of the desk behind him.

"Well if you can reach the minimum full capacity by the end of the week, then you can. That means you'd need 9 more members, which is unlikely."

The boy scrunched his nose, looking like he was thinking things through. "Alright, I'll get the members."

"It's already a few months into the school year, it'll be pretty difficult to find members for the club." Taehyun's eyes widened, he didn't expect that the boy would reply like that.

"Whatever." The boy pushes past Taehyun, leaving the classroom.

"I'll have to come check that you've found the members, Could I get your name?" Taehyun shouted down the hall.

"Choi Beomgyu." He muttered.

"I'll see you in a week Beomgyu."

"That's hyung to you."

The boys final words explained why Taehyun didn't recognize him, he must be in the year above.
