The most wronged woman

Have you heard about her?

Her story has made my mind stir.

I hope it does yours too.

Let's go through her story which is indeed devalued .

A daughter, Sister and mother who is missed and loved by many,

but in her defense we aren't plenty.

An educated, well versed amazing sister.

Spent in the United states 12 fruitful years.

Had gotten married and had two kids.

When in was the third's turn,

she decided to return.

To her home Pakistan in the South West,

but 9/11 occurred and everything went out of place.

She was suspected and and abducted,

with her children for 5 years she was for unaccounted.

She was only released after the disclosure of a woman being secretly held,

in Afghanistan away from her beloved.

Was then shot by an American soldier under circumstances being questionable.

Following emergency treatment she came to the U.S. all feeble.

This time again not free, but charged

for attempting to kill a U.S. personnel in Afghanistan.

The trial was tried,

but Justice wasn't served,

Our sister was therefore found guilty.

And is now in prison for a sentence of 86 YEARS!

How more monstrous can humanity be?

Half of them committing the injustice and the other turning a blind eye indeed.

When is there going to proper justice?

When is there going to tolerance to that which we don't practice?

The Palestinians, The Uyghurs and The Yemenis,

with them my sister Aafia Siddiqui.

Famously known as the most wronged women in the world,

yet many pretend to be deaf after hearing these words.

Until when is she going to suffer?

Until when should she wait?

And don't say I don't care,

if such cruelty can be carried out until now,

None of us will ever be safe!
