"I see you are very talented for your age?" You said as you raised an eyebrow.
"I'd like to think I am, did you enjoy the show?" You then took your hand away from mine, and motioned for us to sit.
"Of course, you are one of the best in the UK I've heard" you said with a smile. A smile that would make any girl weak to the knees, a smile I didn't know I need like air until you graced me with it.
"I wouldn't say that, so what is it that I can do for you?" Your smile then turned into a smirk, as I crossed my legs under the table with manners.
"I would love to hire you to teach my daughter, you see, she doesn't have a lot of friends she likes to spend time around. And I figured if you would teach her, it might draw some people in" I've never had a job before, because my parents always made sure I had everything I needed. But this could be a huge chance to pay in some debt I owed for school.
"I would love to, it is one of my passions" I said with a genuine smile. You then took out a wallet and handed me your card. I took it carefully and felt your fingertips brush over my own hand.
"Wonderful, take your time and give me a call when you want" you said as you got up to leave. "It was a pleasure meeting you, darling" you then pulled your hand out to shake with mine.
"Same to you, Mr. Scott" I then took your hand gracefully, and when we pulled away you smiled, and hesitantly walked away.
The only thing I remember feeling at the moment was, why? Why do I feel like my life's about to change with just this man? He has a daughter, don't be so ridiculous, Valen.
Even so I couldn't get you out of my head for the rest of the night. Your smile, the way your eyes glistened when you talked about your daughter. I wish my parents' would do that, but the only way their eyes would sparkle, is if I bring home all A's on my reports.
I knew this wouldn't turn out well, but that's the thrill of life, and if you want something, you go for it. No matter who calls you crazy, or says it's not real to want something, you go for it, and you don't stop until you get what you want and deserve.
