Here I am on the bleachers, watching her go.(I'm just wearing my black joggers, with a sweatshirt, with my hood up.)She's so good out there on the field. That soccer ball never get's a rest.
Here she comes, looking all sweaty and tired.
"Hey, Ben......" She says out of breath.
"Hi Emma, you were great out there! I'm impressed." I said.
"Hold up,let me, let me, let me catch my breath......So it's time to go but you can come back with me to my place, if you want." She said again trying to catch her breath.
"Sure I'll come." I said.
So we started going back to her place and here comes a guy.(he's also one of those popular types)
"Hey Emma, who's he?"he said
"This is my friend, Ben. So what do you want." Emma said with a nasty attitude.
"I want to talk to you, is that a bad thing?!"he said. They started to arruge back and forth,I block them out, then I hear the word "ex-boyfriend."
"Do you know who I am, I am.."
Before he could finish Emma says....
"A real jack ass that's who you are!"she said feircely. He then storms off bumping his shoulder into mine. I look back, I was going to say something but he isn't worth my time, or anybody's.
"Sorry about that, you know how boyfriends are or in your case girlfriends."she said calmly. But I wouldn't know how it feels I never had a girlfriend.(I feel embarrassed, I'm 18 and never had a girlfriend, wow)
So we finally arrive at her place. She takes a quick shower and then we watch a movie together. We both sit on the floor, her head on my shoulder, just enjoying the movie.
"Ben."she said.
"Emma."I said. She starts to pull her head up, then looks at me with those beautiful crystal blue eyes.
"You know how I feel about you, right?"she said.
"Yeah I know....friends"I said(sadly inside.)
"Actually, it might be something more"she said.
