Goh had already participated in 3 lessons, and had obviously gotten in trouble several times knowing his natural craving for attention. The school was now calming down for a lunch break, and Goh decided to search for Chloe. He searched around the food hall with no luck, then chose to search outside on the fields. Lots of kids were grouped in the park, chatting and eating various snacks and meals. Goh walked through the flowered path and realised that mostly girls were sitting outside. He looked around for any sign of Chloe before feeling something rub against his leg. He looked down to see an Eevee nuzzle his ankle, and something told him he knew that specific Pokemon.

"Goh!?"

He peered behind him and saw Chloe look at him confused.

"Why are you here?" She inquired.

"I came in to do a test on legendary indifferences, and I'm out here to look for you!"

"Why did you want to see me now? I mean we talk every day..." Chloe asked whilst picking up Eevee.

"Well, Ash wanted me to say hi... who knows what he would have done if I had forgotten!" Goh laughed.

Chloe thought for a moment, before radiating a warm smile, "thanks Goh!"

Later that evening, Goh and Chloe had walked back to the lab, excited to see what Ash had been up to all day. They walked through the door to see Professor Cerise, Crysa, and Ren were all hard at work.

"Hey everyone, we're back!" Goh smiled as he interrupted the busy researchers.

"Hello you two, how was school?" Crysa asked them.

"Pretty boring, do you know where Ash is?" Chloe asked, eager to relax for once.

"Oh, sorry guys... we should have told you! Ash went to Kalos and won't be back for a while," Crysa explained.

"Ugh, alright. I guess I can call him!" Chloe complained.

"You still haven't told me why you want to talk to him!" Goh pressed on, "do you miss him? Like him? Need him?" He teased.

Chloe's face boiled up, "I think that's the reason I'm not telling you!" She laughed.

Ash was now in Shalour City in Kalos, and was looking for Korrina when his Rotom Phone buzzed...

"Sure, I'll be happy to do something." He spoke into the call. "It'll be like a lesson, right?... So I'll actually have to research something?... Of course I can do it!... Have you at least asked your father? He might want to know. Right," Ash ended with a sigh.

"Pika?" Pikachu asked bending over his shoulder.

"It's nothing bud. Chloe can just be a bit patronising sometimes!" He grunted. "Let's just go down to the harbour, maybe get something to eat?" Ash asked his Pokemon.

"Pi! Pikachu" the Pokemon agreed.

After deciding they would go down to the restaurants on the coast, the pair headed down to get some food. It was about 7 in the evening now and the sun was starting to set. "Wow, almost looks as good as Alola, ay bud!" Ash said looking into the sea. The city gym obstructed the beautiful orange and yellow sky, clouds stretching across the painting, almost creating a huge silhouette before them. After an excitable night, Ash and Pikachu booked into a room at the Pokemon Centre.

The morning arrived as peacefully as the moon had before. Pidgeys cooed to one another across streets, mareep grazed across the woodland grasslands, and sharpedo floated through the tranquil plain of saltwater. It was the start of a promising day, full of ambition and excitement, and indicating this was an excited girl roller skating across the cobblestone sidewalks.

"C'mon, Lucario! Don't fall behind!" The girl laughed as she and her Pokemon drifted through the peaceful morning life. The pair moved from one street to another, then came across an overhanging cafe. It was closed as it was still early in the morning, the tables and chairs lay on a raised platform of stone that stopped as it dropped to the beach underneath. A tall wall of andesite separated the sand from the stone, and a metal fence guarded the menacing height.

The girl and her Lucario stopped next to the cafe, about 10 or so feet from the drop-off. "You ready?" She asked.

"Lu!" The Pokemon agreed with confidence. With that, the pair sprinted towards the fence and leaped over it, planning to land of the soft sand that couldn't be seen. Just as they finally hopped over the fence and plummeted down the long distance, Ash was happily walking past, oblivious of the trainer and her Pokemon falling on top of them.

"What the!?" He shouted as he and his Pikachu were demolished by the excited pair.

"Pikachu!" The small Pokemon shouted in annoyance as he picked himself up.

"Ash?" The girl asked sitting comfortably, practically on top of the boy.
