The stomach bug

Before the five year mission, Dr. Mccoy served for a short while on another job he doesn't like to talk about....
You may be surprised to find out that our dear bones worked at snoggles elementary school on earth for a year.. in the nurse's office.

Snoggles was a school in close proximity to starfleet academy on Earth. Because of this, he had patients... kids... who were of alien races once in awhile. This was good practice for the doctor who was planning to be the certified surgeon of a space ship.

We found some of his old logs he kept from his days at snoggles:

Doctor's log: day 1 of working as the doctor in the snoggles elementary nurse's office- I'm already faced with an outbreak of what appears to be a stomach bug.
Little Timmy Horner came in blowing chunks all over my clean floor. Guess who had to clean that up?

After Timmy, kaylee and Kyle Ramses came in with similar ailments. I started wearing a face mask half way through the day in an attempt not to catch whatever germ they carried.
These damn kids are germ hoarders. And they touch EVERYTHING.
After Timmy vomited on the floor he put his hand in his mouth. Then he rubbed his greasy little hands all over the doorknob.
Then all over my desk. "Don't touch that, kid." I snapped.
And then on the water fountain. "Timmy, goddamn it I said don't touch it!"
Timmy cried until his parents FINALLY came to pick him up.

I'm not sure what I've gotten myself into... or if I'm the man for this job
