The next day in Vale decorations is seen and walking on a path is Weiss, Ruby, Reaper, Blake and Yang as the Shop Keeper pulls a banner that said 'Welcome to Vale' tying it up so it won't fall Weiss stops looking at the banner she spread her arms she said "The Vytal Festival" She clasp her hands together smiling "Oh this is absolutely wonderful".

Ruby puts a hand on her hip she said "I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much Weiss" She starts to get behind Reaper a bit who notice this "It's kinda weirding me out..." Weiss turns around she ask "How could you 'not' smile" She moves a bit "A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world" She raise her arms "There will be dances, parades, a tournament".

Weiss puts her hands together leaning her head back "Oh, the amount of planning and organisation that goes into this event is simply breath taking" She turns walking forward Ruby, Yang, Reaper and Blake follow her Yang cross her arms she said "You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring" Weiss turn her head she said "Quiet you".

A boat horn is heard making Ruby, Reaper, Weiss, Yang and Blake walk to the rail Yang ask "Remind me again why we're spending our Friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks" Reaper tilt his head confuse and Ruby covers her nose in disgust she said "Ugh, they smell like fish" Staring at the boat Weiss said "I've heard that students visiting from Vacuo will be arriving today".

She turns around "And as a representative of Beacon I feel as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom" She turns again and walk Reaper shakes his head and Blake turns her head she said "She wants to spy on them so she'll have the upper hand in the tournament" Weiss stops said "Ugh" She cross her arms "You can't prove that".

Ruby looks to the right she stops said "Whoa" Causing Weiss, Reaper, Blake and Yang all look down the street a shop with police tape is seen Yang, Reaper, Weiss and Blake walk over to Ruby stand by her looking towards the shop while the door seem broken in with tape making in X two Detectives are there checking the area.

Detective writing on a pad Yang, Reaper, Ruby, Weiss and Blake walk forward stopping Ruby looks at him "What happened here" Detective look at them he said "Robbery, second Dust shop to be hit this week" He turns and walk away "This place is turning into a jungle" Yang place a hand on her hip she said "That's terrible" Reaper slowly nods agreeing.

Ruby looks to the Detectives the 2nd Detective said "They left the money again" Ruby ask "Huh" She looks to them Detective said "Yeah, just doesn't make a lick o' sense" He look to his partner move his gun "Who needs that much dust" 2nd Detective turns he shrug ask "I dunno, ya know what I mean" Detective spin his gun he ask "You thinking the uh, White Fang"?

He lower his gun and the 2nd Detective took his sunglasses off he said "Ya, I'm thinking we don't get paid enough" Weiss cross her arms she said "Hmph, the White Fang" Yang, Reaper, Ruby and Blake turn to Weiss "What an awful bunch of degenerates" Blake puts a hand on her hip she ask "What's your problem"?

Weiss turns to her she ask "My problem" Blake turns a bit "I simply don't care for the criminally insane" But Blake said "The White Fang is hardly a bunch of psychopaths" She narrows her eyes and cross her arms "They're a collection of misguided faunus" Weiss confuse ask "Misguided" She tilts a bit "They want to wipe humanity off the face of the planet".

Blake said "So then they're 'very' misguided" She turns "Either way, it doesn't explain why would they rob a Dust shop in the middle of downtown Vale" Blake turns her head as Ruby thinks she said "Hmm, Blake's got a point" Reaper looks at Ruby who lowers her head "Besides, the police never caught that Torchwick guy I ran into a few months ago..."

She looks towards the shop "Maybe it was him" But Weiss said "That still doesn't change the fact that the White Fang are a bunch of scum" Weiss looks towards Yang, Reaper and Ruby while Blake frowning at Weiss "Those faunus only know how to lie, cheat, and steal" That made Blake get really mad Reaper notice he nudge Yang slightly she said "That's not necessarily true" Reaper nods agreeing.
