What makes you perfect

Chapter 1

('this is theo thinking')

Walking, running, exercising. That's all he did all day. He wanted to build a better life, for her. Theodore Austin. He's a very shy and introverted guy.. something she didn't like. Theo is a 18 year old boy, 12th grader, and overall just a smart guy. He knew that she didn't like him because she was perfect in everyway, and he feels like trash. Everyday he would pass her in the hall and she would be laughing along with her friends. But the problem was, she had a boyfriend. Not just any boyfriend. The most popular guy in the school. He probably couldn't count how many times he's caught him cheating on her. His name is Nick. She wouldn't ever believe someone when they say he's cheating, without evidence. So today, Theo is going to get that evidence.

"Hey!" Someone yelled. Theo looked behind him to see who it was. It was some guy who was friends with his crush.. Theo didn't like that. He wanted her all to himself. But he knew that was never going to happen.. unless he made it happen.

"Hi!" his crush called.

"Are you going to the dance? It's next week." He said.

"Yeah, of course! I'm going with Nick." She said. Theo walked slowly behind them as the boy caught up to her.

"Nick? Seriously?" he said.

"What? He's my boyfriend, of course I'd be going with him." she said.

"Rain, seriously. Everyone knows he's been cheating on you, do you really want to go with him?" he asked. 'Yeah, call out the obvious'.

"He's not cheating. He loves me, he tells me every night." Rain said. Rain was a nickname given to her as she loved the rain. She loved watching it for hours. How did Theo know? He liked to snoop, and find out things about Rain. He felt stalkish.

"Yeah right. One day someone will give you evidence." he said as he turned around and walked away.

"Hmph." she pouted.

'I'm going to be the one to show you. Just you wait, Rain.'

Rain walked to her classroom alone, which was odd. She never did that, she always had friends with her. Maybe they were sick.

-- After School (Clubs) --

Theo is in the writing club. He likes to write, especially stories about Rain. But he covers it up by making a fake nickname for both of them for all his stories. They were different each story, but as long as he knew and no one else did, it was fine. He was only in this club because Rain was too.

Theo got up and headed toward the entrance to the school. Rain didn't go out this entrance because it was always crowded. But today it wasn't. It was Tuesday, which was the day for sports and most clubs to take place after school. Nick would always be there.. waiting for another girl. So Theo hid and waited for Nick.

"Yeah, what about it?" Theo could hear Nick coming up. He was on a phone call. "She's coming here." This is it. Theo got out his phone, and started to record. He hid and didn't make a sound.

About 5 minutes later of recording, and waiting, a girl came. And it wasn't Rain. He knew this was it. He was going to be the one to give her the evidence.

"Hey baby." Nick said. 'Got it.' Theo had finally gotten the evidence.

"Hey~" She said. They kissed. "Did you bring it?" she asked.

"Yep." And he pulled out a phone. "For you, baby."

'Psh, I could give Rain anything she wanted.'

"Thanks~ Could I borrow money?" She said. 'Fucking gold digger.'

"Yeah, anything for you." He said. They finally started to walk away. Theo stopped recording and saved it. He was going to show her the next day.

Once he left school, and the club was over for the day, he sat around. He edited the video to cut the 5 minutes of waiting. After that, he didn't touch the video.

-- School the next day --

Theo hurried to his 1st hour. He had 1st, 5th, 6th, and 7th hour with her. And even lunch. She wasn't there when he got there. He got there too early. He walked down to the entrance where the buses arrive, and waited. He saw the first bus arrive, but it wasn't hers. She rode bus 27. 6 minutes later, the last bus came and it was hers. He walked up to his class to wait. Once the first bell ring telling everyone to go to class, she came in. He walked over to her. This was going to be the first time ever talking to her directly, and it was going to be the evidence.

"Hey.." Theo said quietly. He had his hood up, so it was hard to see him.

"Hello and good morning!" She said happily. She wasn't going to be so happy soon.

"Can I show you something quickly?" He asked. Her friends came in, and she told them to go sit down.

"Sure!" She said.

Moments later, after seeing the video she had the look of sadness, but she didn't cry like he expected her to.

"I knew he was cheating, I just wanted evidence. Thank you." She said with a straight face. "Send that to me, please?" she asked kindly.

"I don't have anything of yours." Theo said, softly.

She giggled a bit. "Okay, add me. Its ######." She gave him her number. "Thank you." She said after Theo sent the video. They both went to go sit and and very quickly, 5th hour came around. It was their study hall.

Rain entered the room. Theo was about to get up, but she walked over to him. Theo tried to walk passed as if he was getting something, but she grabbed his arm.

"Please sit down." She said. Theo obeyed.

"Yes?" Theo said softly, once again.

"Since you showed me the video, you get to know what happened first." She said. He brightened up. He was waiting for this moment. "I asked Nick if he was cheating, and like every cheater says, he said no. But I just said okay and walked away." She said, and Theo felt hurt. He showed her the video, what else does she need?!

"Are you just scared?" Theo stuttered a word on accident.

"No, but I need you to help me." She said. "I have a plan." She whispered.

"Yes?" Theo was confused. What plan?

"Like everyone, we need to get back at him right?.." she said. "So help me. Just follow my steps.."
