The unforeseen secrets of mansion hill

Part 3 The Truth

          After my grandparents got ahold of the coven they changed it only natural and earthly magic no dark spells hexes or curses. Then my parents explained that the hatch was there for emergency purposes and my grandparents and the coven had lived there for many years. After hearing this I was slightly bothered but it unfazed me. But then they said the dark creatures and witches still existed and upstairs was only the beginning to the end. I then insistently said "The end of what." With hesitation they said everything but they could change it for the better. Then all the people I did not know left the space we were in and my family stood around me and told me I wasn't a normal witch I could do special things I never knew I could. They said our farm was our hide for generations but a old member of the coven joined the others. I knew we were odd but I never thought this would be our live story. They then apologized for not telling me sooner then my brothers gathered and hugged me and said official like welcome to the shadows.
           I then stood up and hugged my mom tightly and didn't let go for a while. Then my father looked at me and said the words you seen me mumble was a protection spell it made it so that it couldn't see us. I then asked the questioned that beckoned my soul "What is "it". Was it why I always seen shadows in the house and heard strange noises. Everything then went eerily silent and my mother said "You seen shadows in the house why didn't you say anything." I then said "I thought you'd think I was mental." She said no honey and told me to tell her everything I had seen everything I thought I could never describe in such detail. After hearing everything I had to say she said it was time to leave to the last place. What was the last place I wondered.
