"Are you crazy? What are you doing here at this time?", Tanu asked on the phone call, looking down at the person from the window all shocked.

"Can't a friend come to meet his friend?", Sourabh asked her instead of answering her question.

"Yes, you can but look at the time!", Tanu continued looking at the clock on the royal blue wall of her room,"it's 12 past 15 at night, Midnight!"

"Yeah, I know. I want to talk to you. Will you let me in?", he said getting impatient. She slapped her forehead.

"Okay, but, I can't open the main door, koi jaag jayega (someone can wake up). .......You have to enter through the window", She said while giggling. She carefully threw rope through her window.

Sometime before, They left club after spending sometime. But Sourabh still felt something wasn't right with Tanu. He could not sleep. So, he decided to check on her. He somehow reached her home because many things changed in these years. Time never waits for anyone, it goes on. But one can wait a lifetime for someone. He was wondering which could be her room so that he could see her. But decided against it as it was wrong to enter a girl's room at night 'without her permission'. So he called her.

"Woah! you keep ropes in your room. Marne ka irada hai kya? (Do you intend to die)", he said as he landed in her room by rope through the window. She raised her eyebrow crossing her arms on her chest.

"Mera to pta nahi, tumhara irada zarur lag rha hai (don't know about me, but it looks like you wanna die for sure)", she said while keeping her hands on her waist. She was looking cute! Her 5 "2 stature infront of his 5 "9 was making her even more adorable.

"Okay, Okay calm down girl", He said.

"I was a NCC cadet that's why I have", she said pointing at the rope.

"I remember", he said casually. She looked at him.

"What happened? Why you came here at this time?" She said. They sat on the bed. He ran his fingers through his hair.

"........"

He sighs.

"Okay, straight to the point. Ever since we talked about Blue Angel (club) you didn't look well and there also I felt you were not yourself", He said. She felt happy and sad at the same time. He continued, "I was feeling guilty for forcing you. You were very happy before that, suddenly your mood changed and I forced you too. I am sorry"

"Why are you saying sorry? It's not your fault. You just wanted me to enjoy and relive our memories. It was me....I just....I.....I don't like to go there anymore", she said, closed her eyes making the tear fell from her left eye. He felt prick in his heart seeing her like this. She quickly wiped it off with back of her hand.

"Sorry!", he said to which she shook her head.

"Do you want something? Like coffee or tea or something else?", she asked changing the topic.

"Nothing"

"Nothing! Please have something. You have come to my home for the first time", she said, " and like this" she laughed. He scratched his neck and smiled. She went to kitchen to bring something without making any noise.

Ssshhhhhh someone can woke up.

She brought coffee and some snacks while he was admiring her room as if remembering every inch of it. As they settled down on couch, someone knocked on the door

"Tanu!"

"Pops!", she said which came out in a mere whisper. Her eyes widened. She looked at him who was looking calm. He assured her with his eyes. A knock came again.

"Tanu!"

She asked him to hid somewhere and took a deep breath and open the door.

"Yes, Pops!"

"You were in kitchen at this time?

"Yes, pops. I forgot to complete my presentation so I was completing that with some coffee", She quickly made excuse.

"Oh okay, some low voices were coming from your room and noises came from kitchen too. So, I thought of checking that you are fine", he said. She nodded.

"And do complete you work early. Don't make your dad worry in this age", he smiled and pat her head. She hugged him.

"I love you pops"

"I love you too putt (child)"

She let out her breathe that she was holding after her dad left and she quickly closed the door.

After that, she and Sourabh spent time together enjoying the coffee. All the time, he was wondering the reason of her changed mood but didn't came up with it as he doesn't want to spoil her mood.

"You have become a chatter box", he teased her as she was speaking continuously and he was just listening to her. She narrowed her eyes and slapped on his arm. He was enjoying all this. Not only him but her also. They wanted to stopped the time.
