High school freak

Chapter 1

Hello my name is Jasmine, I am 18 and I'm what you call a nerd but I think that I am just the same as everyone else but I have more intelligence and don't care how I look in public. So now I have introduced myself lets get to the story.

*Jasmine's Pov*
I woke up to my alarm clock ringing in my ears "Why can't I enjoy some peace and quiet for once?" I get out of bed and rush to the bathroom."I gotta get out of here before dad wakes up." I whisper quietly. I tie my hair up in a messy bun and throw on my plain shirt with my dark jeans and finish it off with my knitted jumper and scarf. I tiptoe quietly down stairs and see the kitchen trashed with rubbish and empty bottles of beer."Did this happen when I was asleep!" I thought as I stepped over empty bottles and rubbish."How did my life turn into this piece of shit," I thought as I grabbed my sandwich,apple and water bottle.

*Flash back*
before my dad tuned abusive and an alcoholic he used to be a a security guard for very important people and earn lots of money protecting them and mother was a secretary and was working for my dad's best friends company, but since he was not around at home my mum got very lonely and cheated on him with one of his best mates. I remember the day I found out she was cheating on him, I was walking into my bedroom and then I heard something crash onto the floor from my parents room, I was afraid mum had fallen down and hurt herself with something sharp,so I rushed into her room yelling "MUM ARE YOU ALRI..." I couldn't finish my sentence because of the horrific sight, my mum and dad's best friend were naked in bed doing something a 15 year old girl shouldn't see. I couldn't move all I could do was stare as the both stared at me with a guilty face, I felt tears form and my mum noticed and tried to speak "Honey I'm sorry you had to..." before she could finish I interrupted her "I won't tell dad" I mumbled under my breath."You what?" she said with a confused face as she glanced at dad's best friend." I won't tell dad only if you let me do these 3 things." I felt my voice crack as a tear fell down my cheek, mum waited with anticipation "I won't tell if you pay for my education, buy me an iPhone, and do that sort of stuff away from home." Ok now I feel more tears form up as a glance at dad's best friend with a sad expression, who wouldn't be sad knowing you just caught your mother cheating on a man that was like your uncle to you. Mum was looking astonished and all she could say was "why" I've never asked her for anything I always just say there a did as I was told, I took a deep breath and replied "I know if dad find's out he will probably be depressed and won't go to work like the time grandad died, I also want a phone because I can contact you where ever you are and you can tell me where and what time you are coming back when you are done... playing. Mum and dad's best friend were looking at me then each other in shock they thought that I would want stuff because I would be greedy but when they heard why they were speechless.
It might have been at least 2 minutes the dad's best friend replied for him and mum "Jasmine I know it's a shock that you saw us... as you put it playing, but I want to let you know I love your mother and you like my own family and I will do all the things you requested." he gave me a shy smile and I felt tears rush down my face and I smiled shyly before saying one last thing "put your clothes back on and make the bed dad's gonna be home in 10 minutes.
*end of flash back*
I heard my dad's footsteps coming down the hall way slowly, I started to panic "if he see's me he's going to start abusing me!" I thought as I put on my shoes and grabbed my bag and put on my glasses and opened the fridge to get my ready to go break fast and ran out the door and ran till the house was out of sight "That was super scary" I thought as I started walking to school. when I arrived the last thing I thought that mourning was "Welcome to Hell!"
