Chapter 1

Levi's POV

This is one of the worst expedition's we have ever met.

Most of our soldiers are dead.

And the commander was forced to retreat.

I, of course still had to keep going using 3DMG to see if anyone would be begging and crying for help.

I don't think anyone can go on cleaning duty tomorrow

I was about to go back until something red caught my eye.

I turned around and saw there was Mikasa on the ground, crying.

"Oi! Mikasa!"

I say while moving to her.

She didn't move or say anything at all.

"You hate me right?"

I was suprised by her words

"Tch, I hate everyone"

I say coldly

"If so.. can you please kill me..?"

What..? I have no reason or right to kill her.

Just then, a 15 meter class titan was coming our way.

I went on a tree but Mikasa stood up and walked in front of where the titan was going.

"OI YOU BRAT! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!"

I say while hovering over the titan and slashing its neck.

"WHY DID YOU KILL IT! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO EAT ME!"

"Tch, c'mon brat the Survey Corps and humanity needs you."

I swooped down and picked her up and made my way out of the forest.

Before we got completely out, there was a ton of noise.

"Where's Levi?!"

"WHERE THE HELL IS LEVI!"

"MIKASA! MIKASA! WHERE ARE YOU!"

I made a sharp move onto the ground.

"Oi you brats stop being so noisy, you will attract titans"

I put Mikasa down and walked to the Commander.

Mikasa's POV

Is this really the Corporal?

He's not so bad after all, but yet he didn't say one word to me after he put me down.

My tears still won't stop falling as Eren dashed through my mind.

"E-eren.."

I broke down into tears and fell on my knees.

Armin was running towards me so as my other friends.

"Mikasa! What happened!?!"

"E-e-eren's dead!"

They all gasped at what I said.

"Haha very funny Mikasa"

Jean said while laughing nervously.

"DO YOU REALLY THINK I WOULD CRY FOR A STUPID PRANK"

He went silent

The medics soon took out the dead bodies from the forest

One being Eren.

"Eren!"

I say while running to the corpse.

"Why.. did.. you.. leave.. me.."

I said sobbing.

Everyone gathered around the corpse crying.

"Oi! What the hell is--"

We all look at Captain Levi who just saw the corpse.

"Is this Eren Jeager."

Everyone started crying again by the sound of his name.

"Tch, you fools. Eren is happier up there with his mom and dad rather than be living in hell over here."

We all looked at him and thought about what he had said and he did have a point.

He glared at us and walked away, typical Levi.

And then everyone started smiling and looking at the sky.

"We're happy that you're happy Eren!" Armin yells at the sky.

We all looked up and saw the bright happy looking sun.

"OI YOU BRATS! THERES 12 AND 15 METER TITANS COMING THIS WAY!"

We looked at the titans running towards us.

"USELESS BRATS!"

Levi said that before he used his 3DMG to kill the titans.

He was then wiping his blades while walking back.

"Tch. Filthy." I heard him whisper while going back to his horse.

Commander Erwin finally spoke up

"Get on your horses before we lose more lives."

And with that we followed the formation on the way back inside the Walls.

I just forgot about Eren a while there.

I should be crying my ass off but I'm not.. why do I.. feel so.. calm?
