Our lips connected. I wasnt paying attention to the others, I'm pretty sure they had fallen asleep anyways. It didnt matter. Just eren. Just eren. All that mattered was here and now, and all that was here and now was eren. His hair was curling on my hand which i had instinctively placed on his cheek. He smelled like fresh mint and rain. He pulled back slightly to take a breath for air. Before he could properly get his breath back i grabbed the collar of his hoodie and pulled him towards me and kissed him again. I couldnt believe it, i was kissing eren, the person i loved, the person i craved so badly - My heartbeat had gone absolutely berserk but i didnt care. I held eren close to me and he held me. Closer. Closer. Just eren.
I looked up at him. I love it when he has that dazed look. I put my hand on his cheek and brushed away some hair. I let my hand fall down to his chin and parted his lips with my thumb. I parted my own lips too and kissed him again. Just, one more time. I kissed him, and he kissed me back. He kissed me so passionately, and i returned every ounce of it. He opened his mouth a little more allowing my tongue tp slip in. Just then we heard historia mumble half asleep,
"Wh-what- time is it..." She said, with her eyes halfway open.
Neither of us responded so she shook ymir awake.
"Ymir, we should probably go home..."
" Hmph? Mmhm-- y-yeah.. " she stretched and curled up into a ball again.
"Tch..."
i turned away from eren and the other two and looked towards the other end of the room. It kind of felt like historia had ruined the moment, which really annoyed me.
"Levi... Are you- are you okay?"
" i sniffled slightly and realised i was crying a bit. Shit. Now isn't the time!!! I quickly wiped away the tears and said in a semi calm voice
"Im-... F-fine..."
I sniffled again.
"I should go too.." I said hesitantly. The other two had already left, and i felt a bit calmer realising that. Eren was a few paces away from me, because i had gotten up without realising it. I took the two paces back towards eren, then wrapped my arms around him without looking at him. He hugged me until i got my calm back. I cleared my mind, or i tried at least. I backed away a little and straightened myself. I felt calmer now and wasnt shaking or stuttering anymore.
" i brought a change of clothes, do you mind if i stay for the night? "
" of- of course not-!! " said eren, clearly still nervous about my slightly sudden breakdown.
Half an hour later me and eren got into bed. He had a pretty large bed so he didnt mind sharing with me. I slept well that night.
*timeskip*
"Good morning, brat" i found myself grinning for no reason just because i woke up with eren, which is pretty unusual of me. We were getting ready for class and having breakfast (yourgert with strawberry jam). Eren passed by me, and i casually kissed him on the cheek and blushed slightly. He stopped with red ears.
"B-by the way levi... What.. What are we now? Are we boyfriends? Friends? Lovers? O-or is this just nothing.."
" Hmph. That reminds me. " I turned towards him. he looked up at me expressionlessly. hey, that's my job. although I did see a certain shine in his eyes. so warm and familiar, I thought.
"Eren. Will You be my boyfriend?" I said. i stared deep into his eyes.
" y-yy-- yess!!!! " he said with glimmering eyes.
With that, we took our bags, got into the car and with a awesome feeling of happiness and confidence, we drove to school.
