"Love me like you do, l-l-love me like you do," I sang along with my radio while dancing around my empty room.

"EVERLY GRACE BURN GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE," my mom screamed, so I went down stairs to see what she was tripping about this time then I sighed when I saw 5 empty beer bottles on the coffee table.

"What?"

"Have you at least started packing you little waste of space?" She slurred making it easy to tell she is drunk, again.

"Of course I have, the faster I pack the faster I get away from you!"

"Everly Burns, I will not let you talk to me like that!" she yelled but I didn't care I just rolled my eyes and ran upstairs to show that this conversation is over. Hoping she won't tell her new husband so he won't beat me like he usually does after work.

As you probably have guested my name is Everly Burns and I leave with my alcoholic mother and my abusive 'father' once my real dad died when I was 10. I'm 19 now and about to be a freshman in college at Washington State University, which is all the way across the United States from where I am now, Florida. I can't wait to get out of this hell whole, I call a home!

I'm not really the girl for parties and clubs but I'm not a complete prude I can honestly say I have had more than one boyfriend, 2 to be exact and I'm not a virgin, I have only had sex one time well by choice that is.
