"Ow, my head hurts..." I complain as I get up "Huh? What happened..?" I look around and notice I'm in a forest. I shook my head and got on my feet. "Trees, stones, grass- A forest?" I thought to myself confused, "Why am I here, what happened?" I look down and noticed I was in my school uniform. I then recalled that I had a school trip that day. It was a picnic trip to celebrate the end of our exams. I must have gotten lost while my group was walking to their picnic spot. Why was I unconscious though? Suddenly, a girl with a redshirt, track pants, and a long sword wandered into me and quickly swifted back into her stances and pulled out a long sword. "WOAH HOLD ON THERE!" I shrieked. I wobbled back in surprise with my hands in the air. "Sorry to frighten you, you must be someone from the outside world." The girl apologized as she put away her sword. I put my hands down and questioned, "outside world, what do you mean by that?" The girl paused and offered me to follow her to her treehouse. "So you're just gonna trust me? How do you know I'm not an enemy to you?" I asked. She looked back at me and chuckled. "Stop panicking. you're wearing a school uniform, a forest doesn't have a random school. Plus you look too weak to be dangerous, I've seen worse" She explained and continued to walk towards her treehouse. I stood there speechless and continued to follow with her.

It has been 20 minutes since that girl found me. "Um, so how long until we arrive?" I asked the girl. "Almost there, once we see a bush with some yellow flowers we should be here." She replied. Soon after, I see a small bush with yellow flowers. After noticing the bush, my eyes caught attention to the huge treehouse the girl built. My mouth dropped open, I couldn't believe that one girl built that giant treehouse in the middle of a forest. The girl turned to me and introduced herself, "I'm Sally by the way!" I was too busy admiring the treehouse to notice her talking. "Hey! Hello!?" She snapped. "Are you listening?" "What? Oh, oh gosh um I'm sorry what did you say?" I flinched. She sighed at me and began to introduce herself again. "My name is Sally, it's nice to meet you.." I smiled and introduced myself, "That's cool, I'm Y/N! It's nice to meet you too." Sally stood back straight and began to climb the treehouse. When she got up she shook her head hinting that I should climb up too. I began to climb the wooden ladder, I got a splinter on my way up.

When I got up Sally handed me water from the river, my mouth was pretty dry so I chugged the whole cup. "So how did you get here?" Sally asked me. I wiped my mouth with my stained sleeves and told her that I was from my school trip and got lost on the way to our picnic spot. She tilted her head in confusion, "What is your school doing here in this forest? It's closed off so your school basically trespassed" She explained. "WHAT? HOW DID I GET HERE THEN?" I shouted loudly in panic. "Woah slow down, I randomly woke up here too! I don't even know how to get out." Sally replied. "I saw signs on the ground that said 'no trespassing' so i'm not completely sure if you're allowed to be here." I sat down in disbelief wondering when I can see my room again. Sally sat down and put her arm on my shoulders. "It's alright, there are plenty of things we can do while we wait for some prince to rescue us!" She joked. I looked at her with a straight face. "But seriously this forest is a fun place to be in, like I side there are plenty of things to do." Sally said. "Oh really?" I doubted her. "Like what, plant some trees?" "Hey it's good to plant trees" Sally exclaimed. "But not just that." She stood up and walked towards a wooden cabinet. She opened it and inside were all sorts of things: gold, old looking books, necklaces, basically treasure! She showed me a book that had a lock on it, it was purple, it had a lot of dust on it and it had a label that said, 'open'. "I found this on one of my adventures! I don't know what the code is though." Sally shared. "I tried to open it by force but it didn't seem to work, it was like metal!" She handed me the book and I blew the dust off. It looked and felt magical! I was sure there was gonna be some interesting information in that book. I thought of magic spells, how to summon spirits, how to make potions, all those stuff. My eyes lit up. "Hey, maybe this forest is magical!" I cheered. "That sounds stupid." Sally said. "It's just a theory!" I hissed with crossed arms.

It soon turned night and most of the night 'animals' were out to hunt for food. "It's important we don't have any light around us, we don't wanna attract any attention." Sally advised me. I nodded and chose a bed to sleep. I laid down on some pile of leaves Sally made and closed my eyes but suddenly my stomach started rumbling. Sally heard my stomach and giggled. "You're gonna get used to eat sooner or later." Sally whispered. I sighed and tried to close my eyes to sleep. It was hard to sleep since there were a bunch mosquitoes biting me. I tried to ignore it and slowly fell into a deep sleep. I then had a weird dream about a rabbit looking creature eating all sorts of different animals. It ate and ate and ate! It had horrible breath that I could even smell it from my very own nose. I woke up to a monster looking creature breathing into my face. My eyes grew wide in shocked. I screamed at the top of my lungs and it woke everyone up, and what I mean by everyone is that every creature near the treehouse. Sally quickly got up and saw me shuffled in a corner by the creature. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!?" Sally gasped. She quickly grabbed her sword and swung at the creature to scare it. The creature backed away leading it to fall off the treehouse. "Oh wow what a view." Sally said sarcastically as she looked down at the bleeding corpse. "We need to get outta here before more of them get here." She grabbed her stuff and put it in a bag, she gave me weapons I can use to defend myself. It was shaped like a ring and had sharp edges at the sides. I was still shaking in fear to take the rings so Sally put it in my hands. "Let's go let's go!" Sally commanded. She snatched my hand and climbed down the ladder. "I'm sorry about your house!" I apologised. "I mean I guess it's fine." Sally sighed. "Let's just focus on getting out of that area."
